Had a wonderful 8 nights here!! Staff were amazing, every request was met, and hotel was full, as stayed over Christmas and New Year!! Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice, and even the bistro for dinner one evening was good... Rooms alittle small and dated, but contained all you needed and daily cleaning on request. Location perfect, New Year's Eve firework display on Darling Harbour at 9pm, and then strolled short distance to watch Sydney Harbour Bridge display at midnight, a simply once in a lifetime experience!! thank you so much...

We have stayed here before and find it well located to everything. The staff are always friendly and obliging. The rooms are clean and comfortable and parking is a bonus.

Centrally located and convenient, you can easily walk to the ferries which will take you just about anywhere you want to go for about $7USD. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Our room included a fridge, a tea kettle, tea, and a great view.

Very dated and stale rooms, like a hospital, no airflow or ability to manage temperature. Shower is tiny, towells are old and no shampoo or conditioner. Good location but definitely wouldn't stay here again. Don’t want to be in room any more than sleeping
