We are very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience upon arrival regarding the airport pickup arrangement. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and stress caused when you were unable to meet the driver and had to arrange alternative transportation. We are also concerned to learn that you felt our front desk team did not respond with the appropriate level of care and attention.
