Nice service and walking distance from yellow line sky train. Service is also good. Bell service is great and front office is fast check in and check out. Room is comfortable but pool is look old. Food is delicious and good value with reasonable price

Stayed here for a several times and every time was very satisfied and exceptional. Room is huge and clean, comfy bed. Service from Khun Amy was very outstanding, beyond, helpful. Buffet dinner on lobby level also great value. Good quality and many type of food, Thai dessert is a must. I will definitely recommend Novotel Bangna to my friends.

Natty N Friends getaway - TripAdvisor 인증 리뷰

I stayed only 1 night for a short trip to Bangkok but this stayed was very comfortable. Huge room with large sofa. Clean and comfy with modern colors. Kuhn Amy was very out standing and professional. Lobby was great too, live band music with a nice cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel around Bangna area.

Novotel Bangkok Bangna, a Highly Recommended Hotel for Your Staycation!

I haven't come here for a staycation in a few months. Until now, I have returned to Novotel Bangna as my first choice of accommodation for the weekend. Every interaction I've had with the staff here appears to be the same. Khun Amy always greets me and Khun Chotitouch with a warm welcome. She is a very kind, friendly, and service-oriented staff. We are always treated like valuable guests when we stay here. Also, Khun Malee is really helpful with whatever we need at the hotel. Both Khun Amy and Khun Malee are well trained and professional. This time, we stay in a suite room type. The room is fantastic; it has lovely decorations, a wonderful design, and enough of space for us to rest in. Everything runs smoothly throughout my time here. Let's talk about breakfast; all meals are wonderful and tasty. Last but not least, I appreciate the Novotel Bangna and its whole staff, including the front office, bar, and restaurant. Will definitely return!
