두번째 방문. 첫번째 방문때보다 더 좋은 인상이 남았음. 아코르 플래티넘 멤버인데 얼리체크인 (9am) / 레이트체크아웃(5pm) 가 가능하다는 점이 매우 좋음. 성인 2 13세 아이 1명인데 쇼파베드를 침대로 무료로 셋팅해줌. 조식도 괜찮았음. 웰컴드링크에 간단 스낵 포함이라 좋음. 또 방문 할것임.

도착시 공항 픽업요청을 했으나 픽업기사를 만나지 못하고 그랩으로 이동을 했는데, 데스크에서는 고객이 겪었을 불편함에 대해서는 아무 관심도 없이 그저 자신들의 환불규정에 대해서만 말할 뿐이었다.

We are very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience upon arrival regarding the airport pickup arrangement. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and stress caused when you were unable to meet the driver and had to arrange alternative transportation. We are also concerned to learn that you felt our front desk team did not respond with the appropriate level of care and attention. 리모델링이 되어서 시내 5성급 호텔이랑 비교해도 손색이 없을 정도입니다. 숙소 사진에는 창문이 2개로 보이게 되어있는데 실제로는 창문이 4개로 방이 엄청 넓습니다. 2개의 객실을 사용했는데 방이 연결되어있어서 가족끼리 와도 좋은 숙소입니다. 부모님은 시내에 있는 5성급 호텔보다 노보텔 방나를 선호하셨습니다.
