Here’s a natural, warm English version suitable for a hotel review 😊 It was a stay filled with happiness and smiles. From the very first moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and the kindness of the front desk staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Khun Dao for the lovely welcome and the beautiful handmade towel dolls prepared with love and care. They truly made our New Year stay full of joy, happiness, and the warmth we felt from the staff. Overall, the room was excellent—very clean and comfortable. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and most importantly, the hotel is close to the BTS station, making transportation very convenient. If you want it shorter, more formal, or adjusted for Google / Booking.com reviews, tell me and I’ll tweak it for you 👍From Sharkkkkkk🥰

We didn’t expect much from Ibis, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very warm and polite. I fell ill during the trip and the staff went beyond their duties to take care of me. They provided me with turmeric, salt, ginger and honey. They even sent me a get well soon card. Upon checkout, the hotel manager even remembered about me and asked how I was feeling. Special thanks to Ms. Kay from the housekeeping staff who was extremely polite and sweet and always greeted us warmly. She did beautiful towel decor on our bed daily. I will surely miss her!

I absolutely love Ibis Sukhumvit Soi 24! 😍 I always stay there on my every visit to Bangkok. Their hospitality is absolutely the best!, from the front desk to the concierge to housekeeping,…they are all so friendly, welcoming, polite and kind. The room was super clean too, and Nong of housekeeping made sure of it every day of my stay there. 👍🏽 I was pleasantly surprised by the little “elephant” towel and delicious cookies she left for me in my room. 😀 I had stayed in Room 1703 and it had the best view of Emquartier mall, especially so on New Year’s Day at 12am (01st January 2026) when there was a dazzling display of fireworks that lit up the night skies. I also love the location of the hotel as it is within a short walking distance of the BTS station, Emquartier, Emporium, and Emsphere malls. There were many restaurants nearby too. And I loved the Mango sticky rice dessert at Ibis Hotel. I highly recommend staying there while visiting Bangkok, and I can’t wait to visit there again, hopefully soon! 😁
