We asked Khun Jupansa, the maid on our 11th, if she could change the duvet cover in our room. When we came back, the cover was changed and she found the time to add some lovely decoration to our bed. People and small gestures often make the difference - Thank you for looking after us!

Good location ..attached to Mecure hotel.. Great value for money 711 right in the building lobby Just know that they require a thb 1500 “ Security deposit “ which is refunded..odd..no other Ibis requires

Convenient location, just 3 minutes walk from bts. Hotel surrounded by 3 shopping malls and lots of local shops nearby. A big 7/11 just behind the hotel lobby. Nice and adequate room setting. Friendly staff. And a surprise bday room setting and free cake. Highly recommend.

I do not write reviews as I spent 3 months a year staying in hotels in Asia. In this instance, I feel that a review is warranted as this hotel has consistently provided me with great service for the past few years. The Front Desk is helmed by Mr. Tan who always go out of his way to assist me whenever help is needed. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient in handling my check in and check out. They make the guest feel very welcome. Breakfast is always an enjoyable time for my wife and me as we were always very well taken care of by Ann, Luktan, Eye, Ice and Fah. I commend them for their attention to details in taking care of our needs during our stay. We were given a big surprise when we enter our room. The housekeeping staff, Toey, PaewPet and Nong took the time to decorate our bed with flowers on the bed. It was heart warming to walk into a room full of flowers after traveling for 18 hours on the plane. I will highly recommend this hotel and it will be my go to hotel for all my future trips to Bangkok.
