Everything was good, especially the cleaning people (Dao) made an outstanding job!!! Only negative point is the thin walls and doors - I heard every single noise from the corridor and could understand why my room neighbours were talking about even though all doors were closed.

The location is the best. Really close to the BTS and EM shopping centre which is my favourite in BKK. There are good restaurants and cafés around the hotel. It’s convenient to have 711 next to the hotel. The room is not big but enough for two persons. DAO gave us the best room-clean service and she surprised us every time by creating cute animals with towels!

The room is always clean, tidy, and well organised. During one of my stays, they surprised me on my birthday with a towel cake and an actual cake, which genuinely made my day. They’re consistently attentive, my water is always refilled, and they even neatly hang my pyjamas. It’s these small, thoughtful details that really set them apart. Special thanks to Nan from the room service team for her care and attention. Check-in is always smooth and efficient, and the team clearly makes an effort to ensure each stay feels special and well taken care of. A big shoutout to the sales team, especially Chalida, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my stays. She always goes above and beyond to make the booking process easy and seamless, with truly excellent service. Every visit feels better than the last. This is my fifth or sixth stay over the past quarter, and that consistency is why I keep choosing this hotel. Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of options. I’ve tried the lunch menu once and the food was authentic and well prepared. Lastly, the lobby coffee is excellent, I always get one, and the quality of the beans really stands out. Lastly, the location is unbeatable.
