Our G4F group picked this hotel for a 3Night stay in Bangkok after our golf program in Hua Hin & Bangkok. The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are not spacious but manageable. The staff are friendly. Yara spoke good English and was very helpful.

I had a genuinely wonderful stay at Novotel Sukhumvit 20, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was defined by warmth, professionalism, and care. At check in, I was welcomed by a very well mannered and friendly staff member named Snack, spelled S N A C K. He immediately made me feel at ease. When I later realised that my room did not have the view I was hoping for, I approached him, and without any hesitation, he assisted me and arranged a room change. I was given a fantastic room on the 15th floor, and it exceeded my expectations. This level of attentiveness truly stood out. The room itself was excellent. It was spacious enough for one or two people, very clean, and serviced daily. I had a king size bed with comfortable bedding, a great shower, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. One small suggestion I would offer, especially for male guests, is the lighting near the hand basin area. For shaving, the lighting felt a bit too dim, and slightly brighter lighting there would make the room absolutely perfect. Other than that, the room was outstanding. What impressed me most was the staff. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, including newer and training staff, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s culture. One staff member who particularly stood out was Boyd, spelled B O Y D. I had asked him to make sure I woke up for an early flight. In many hotels, you receive one wake up call and that is it. Boyd went above and beyond. He called me multiple times to make sure I was awake and ready, and he was genuinely prepared to come to my room if needed. That level of care and responsibility is rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel also has a wonderful Indian restaurant serving authentic Maharashtrian food. I tried Peshwa and found it excellent. I will be doing a separate review for the restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, and I also had lunch during my stay, both of which were well prepared and enjoyable. I appreciated that food options were clearly labelled, including halal and vegan choices. Location wise, Novotel Sukhumvit 20 is extremely convenient. It is very close to the main roads, with a 7 Eleven just about 50 metres away, along with money exchange services and massage options. There are some excellent massage places right at the edge of Sukhumvit 20 road. From this location, accessing all parts of Bangkok is easy and stress free. Overall, Novotel Sukhumvit 20 delivers an excellent experience through thoughtful service, comfort, and location. I had a very positive stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily return again.
