다만 욕실의 타월은 너무 낡았어요ㅡㅡ 개선이 필요해 보입니다,

노보텔스쿰빗20 자주이용 합니다 그러나 이번에는 이그제큐티브 예약했으나 방배정을 14층으로 받았습니다 저희 가족은 일반실하고 똑같았고 다만 25층 클럽 이용 만 해주는것 같아서 좀 실망했습니다.

객실은 전반적으로 청결했으며, 각종 어메니티들이 잘 갖추어져서 투숙기간 동안 만족스러웠습니다. 날마다 여정을 마치고 돌아오면 깔끔하게 청소 및 정리가 잘 되어있어 하루를 마무리하기에 좋았으며, 통유리를 통해 보이는 방콕의 거리 풍경은 이국적인 느낌을 받기에 충분했습니다.
아울러, 호텔 내 각종 시설들 또한 우수했습니다. 아침마다 조식은 질리지 않게 잘 먹었고, 미니 피트니스 시설 및 루프톱 바를 이용하면서 여행의 만족도가 높아질 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다도 호텔 내 9층에 타이마사지 숍이 위치해있어 여행 첫날 및 마지막날에 마사지를 받으면서 여독을 풀 수 있었던 점 또한 즐거웠던 경험이었습니다. 마침 체크인한 날이 제 생일이었는데 호텔 측에서 알고 축하 케이크를 전달해준 것에 대해서는 매우 인상적이었습니다. 만일 향후에 방콕에 재방문할 기회가 생긴다면 노보텔 방콕 수쿰빗 20 호텔을 재이용해도 후회없을 선택일 것이라고 생각합니다.
