Location is good and convenient . Unfortunately the biggest set back is the drop off point is not sheltered and a pain if it rains heavily . There are enough space and height to add a shelter . This concern must have been highlighted several times ?

They put a card on my bed and request for a review. Hotel location is convenient and clean! We stay here for free night with my family and they have connecting room, which is convenient for family. Just feel minutes work from BTS Station and there is 7-eleven below too

Typical Mercure hotel and service. What is so special with this one? Location. you have 3 huge fashionable malls in close proximity. Two of them are just across the road from the hotel. And the BTS, train station, is just 4 minutes away. Plenty of good restaurans and cafes around you. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar. 7/11 at the entrance. There are few issues. The illumination in the bathroom is poor. The ventilation is not always on in the corridor outside the room. The other issue is the breakfast. It is more oriented to Asian visitors. There was no plain unsweetened yoghurt, no cold soya milk, no soya yoghurt, no cereals at all just unhealthy cornflakes, no oat porridge, the fruit were served in small portions on small plates in a fridge and they were old and of low quality with no variation. However for the Asians visitors, that hotel breakfast is a morning glory.

Convenient location with big 7 eleven at ground floor. Jus a stone throw away from bts and 3 shopping mall. Housekeeping team was great, rooms are kept clean everyday. Esp Eve who leave small little decoration everyday! She is amazing and make our day.
