Conveniently located in the city.. closeby to major shopping centres and train station. Nice and cozy atmosphere . Clean and spacious room. Worth the value. Daily cleaning of room and fresh towels. Warm and friendly and very polite staff . Housekeeping staff Eve is creative and does her job very well to the detail.

hotel location is awesome close to BTS and MRT stations! lots of walkable food and shopping options, close to Lumpini Park Housekeeping was awesome! Ms Rita checked on us whenever we passed her in the hallway asking if we needed our room made up while we were gone.

I've been Mercure bangkok Sukhumvit 24 so many times. As usual, their service was excellent. This time there was a problem of the noise of air conditioner, it was little bit loud when the fan turned to high level. They sent maintenance staff to fixed it, the issue had been improved but noise still remained. Even though the room was not ready upon we arrived at 12:30, however the front desk staff did her best to prepare the room for us. Housekeeping staff Rita also polite, always greeted us with smile . She made up our room to meet our expectations. Thank you all of your staffs

The area is great. The environment is lovely. They even helped us fold elephant patterns, so cute! The room was comfortable. The restaurant breakfast was also delicious, and they even had Thai milk tea.
