A nice low budget hotel close to the station. Check in speedy. The room was a good size with ample storage for a short stay. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Small but clean bathroom. Tv and WiFi.

I’m here now. Room is small. No refrigerator. No safe. The A/C is useless. Have to open the window at night just for air. Now can’t sleep for the noise. Barely room for luggage and very little space to hang clothes. No coffee in your room. And you can only get more than one cup of ice for your room if you ask a nice person. I will never recommend or come back! I will give it a good review for location.

Stayed for 3 nights and had trouble sleeping — only 3 pillows provided for two people. On the first morning, we made a simple and reasonable request at reception for an extra pillow. They assured us it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. We were later told that because the hotel was "full," they couldn’t provide even one additional pillow. Frankly, that’s hard to accept. With all the Ibis hotels across Paris, you'd expect better basic hospitality — and definitely for promises made to be kept. Disappointed with the lack of follow-through on such a small but important detail.

Ideally located, the hotel has big rooms by Paris standards and an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff is very professional and courteous, always trying to be helpful. The cleaning of the rooms can be improved. In my room, in particular, there was a smell of putrid water (in the room, not in the bathroom). The free coffee and water in the lobby are something really appreciated.

We asked for a room on the quieter courtyard side, and were allocated one of the ground floor rooms that opens directly on to the yard. Very quiet, large, comfortable room with a very good bed and a generously sized shower. Clean and well cared for. Good cooked breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. 10 minutes walk to the Gate de Lyon. Excellent all round.
