出行和餐饮非常方便，但房间内没有免费饮用水，也没有明确告知冰箱里的饮料和零食是否收费。续房时我已付款给携程，但退房后还是被酒店误收了一天房费，很不理解前台为什么如此疏忽大意，我写邮件询问时才道歉退款，竟然不核实是否多收了房费？

酒店位置很好，坐轮渡或train到达都非常方便。每天下午的巧克力时光也很棒，甜点好吃，品种也不少，服务员还一直会补充。客房服务可以选择skip the clean，这点特别适合我们。因为带着孩子，房间里摊得有点乱，又只住两晚，不打扫根本没问题，这样既节省了酒店的时间，又免得我们自己先整理一遍。

我们订的双床房，在窗台上发现有使用过的牙签没有被清走，浴室里面没有补充牙刷和牙膏套件，房间里面没有酒店的拖鞋。这次在这酒店的住宿体验不算太好。
