Thanks for an excellent stay. Very nice hotel, with views of Waitemata Harbour. Check-in was quick thanks to Aditya who was very polite. Nice pool and spa. After a few hours at SO/ Auckland hotel I was very impressed and decided to extend my stay. Will stay here again the next time I'm in Auckland. Thanks again for a great stay. Aditya and his staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Look forward to staying at SO/ Auckland on my next trip to NZ.

The Harbour Society was delicious! Amazing food, I recommend the duck! And the service we got from Chiara was phenominal! She looked after us, made us feel welcome and comfortable. She made extrae sure our allegy needs were met so we had a stress free and wonderful meal.

The service and food at the hotel's restaurant Harbour Society was amazing. Chiara took my coeliac disease very seriously and put great care into ensuring not only my food but our whole table was gluten free, the food came out delicious and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hip trendy hotel with nice harbor view, large modern and super comfortable chic rooms and shower, excellent full breakfast, very nice rooftop (though was empty the 2 nights we were here), excellent service (they gave us rooms for early checkin as well), their club access was mediocre but nice complementary add on for wine/cheese/small bite, gym was small but nice for a workout. Huyen at front desk and Maggie at breakfast provided excellent service. Thank you. We were contemplating between QT and SO and glad we stayed here since it’s more central to Britomart and Viaduct. Overall great stay and highly recommend.

Amazing! The hot tub pool and Sauna we lovely. We are starting our honeymoon here and we surprised us with some sweets in our room - plus all guests get some complimentary treats. Through our booking we had access to a complimentary breakfast and it’s the best breakfast I have ever seen offered!
