Kia Ora, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location. However, we are sorry to learn that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance caused by vehicles outside the hotel and understand how this may have impacted your comfort and rest. We also regret that aspects of your stay, including the room, pool, breakfast, service, and valet parking, did not compare favorably with your previous experiences at Sofitel properties. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for review and improvement. Additionally, we apologize for the lack of response to your emails prior to your stay. Prompt and attentive communication is an important part of our service, and we will investigate this matter to ensure better responsiveness in the future.
