I made a mistake and booked the wrong date, and when we arrived at the hotel realized that. Asked for a refund, only got £3 back. Emailed them and explained the situation, but I did not get any reply. Not one word! No ideea how the hotel look further then the reception, but the area around the hotel sis not look safe .

Clean, Convenient and Very Comfortable!

Stayed here while on a student tour with my son. Definitely one of my favorites of the places we stayed. It is very conveniently located, across the street from a shopping mall that also has a grocery store, as well as public transportation. The room was very comfortable, clean, a good size, and had a nice balcony. A/C was cold and bed comfortable. Blow dryer, shower gel/shampoo included. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast had a large variety of great food. Would definitely stay again!

I was at the hotel in July, to have a journey with my partner. The room is pretty good, it was clean and the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff is kind and helpful. I have enjoyed the time here.

The hotel has a good location, with the M3 metro replacement bus the city center is approximately 20 minutes without changing. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is tidy. Various breakfast with vegetarian options as well. The staff is welcoming and kind, make you feel line your in a good place. I will strongly recommend it and will definitely come back for my next stay in Budapest!

Very pleasant staff, clean rooms. It was amazing! The breakfast was very nice for a three star hotel. The receptionists were helpful. Tamas the Manager was very friendly and made a coffe for me while the staff were busy.
