What an amazingly beautiful place to stay in QLD so peaceful… waking up and looking out over the lagoon watching the kangaroos with their joeys in pouch, black swans, bush turkey and bin chickens no need for a zoo … short walk to an amazing white sand patrolled beach amazing walks with bicycle track/walking trails see online … can’t fault this amazing hotel the staff the great restaurants and a breakfast buffet is to die for .. offers guacamole and smoked salmon and every yoghurt under the sun including coconut yoghurt .. best eggs ever whatever you desire ! The omelets are so cheesy and delicious the staff are so kind and accommodating the coffee is made so perfectly from the barista… the bar has the most amazing selections or cocktails their martinis in particular you have to try the cheesecake martini .. perfectly crafted so delicious.. I just miss the sound of the crows and birds surrounding our perfect place on our beach of tranquility on the beautiful mellow sores of the twin water lagoon .. hope to return very soon ! Ps the ribs, steak, burgers (to die for) pizza, salads and pasta 👍

Loved the location, restaurant and bar. But didn't realise how dated it would be when we booked. Make sure you book the Executive accommodation as they have been renovated.

Fantastic family holiday and restful break.; kids had a ball. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Shout out to the team at the Activity desk. Beautiful lagoon with free kayaks and windsurfs. Natural, leafy surrounding with kangaroos hopping around. Pristine beach is walking distance. Good sized, clean room with balcony. Coin operated guest laundry $10 per load. TV / table tennis room for kids.

The hotel is very peaceful, easygoing and relaxing. Staff are fantastic, in particular, the recreation and activity staff were awesome!! Such good fellas!! They go out of their way to make your holiday great fun, and that’s a must for parents with kids!! I’d come back just for that !! Food, staff and rooms are great! I will be coming back again

Very beautiful and relaxing. quiet, clean and spacious. Food was always fresh and delicious. Staff can’t do enough for you and are so polite. Highly recommended for couples and families . plenty for kids to do, kangaroo’s wondering around and swans on the lake. Beach walk in the morning was a great way to start the day
