Very dirty rooms - I found a spider approximately 10cm long!

I have been an Accor customer since 2011 and have stayed at various Ibis hotels of all categories in several European countries and Brazilian cities. The ibis Strasbourg Aeroport Le Zenith is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was not a single day during my 5-night stay (from December 6th to 11th, 2025) when I didn't have problems. Very dirty rooms and terrible reception service: I changed rooms 3 times because the first one hadn't been cleaned, the second (where I slept 2 nights) had a strong smell of cigarettes and the heating didn't work; when I demanded a room change, the staff didn't even know which rooms had already been cleaned. The maid never put out clean towels (she only picked up the ones I put on the floor), and didn't make the bed (and certainly never cleaned the room, if she ever did). Unlike other guests, I didn't find cockroaches in my room: I found a spider approximately 10 cm long. This hotel is a disgrace to the Ibis brand and a huge disappointment for long-time customers who expect to find a minimum level of hygiene in Accor hotels.

Very nice establishment. We stay there during our visits to Strasbourg and also during seminars. The staff are always very attentive and the leisure area is a great idea to keep the youngest and even the parents occupied. Nice and peaceful.

Very beautiful city, hospitality, cuisine, architecture, I'll try to visit it outside of business, the hotel is correct

Stayed a few weeks ago on business, spent two nights, room not modern but quite clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Quite adequate for a short stay. The location is quiet and safe. 30-40 minutes to get to the city center, no transfers

They greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome right away. Throughout my stay, they were attentive, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The breakfast buffet was a delightful culinary experience, offering a wide array of fresh and delicious choices to suit every taste.

The window is totally broken and it cannot be closed. The room is dirty especially the bathroom. The service told us they think the room is clean and that they won’t change our room. The standard in rooms are not the same. Under bed there are insects.
