A warm and professional welcome right from the reception set the tone for a pleasant stay. My sincere gratitude goes to Mr. Junaid for his exceptional support and thoughtful orientation throughout. The room offered a peaceful retreat, and the dining experience at La Terrasse was thoroughly enjoyable. A special thanks once again to Mr. Junaid for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail — it truly made a difference.

Doable for 1 night.

I’ll start by saying this hotel is great for being close to the airport for an early morning flight. It is located just steps from the inter terminal train so reduces any stress of needing to get to the airport early. Another positive is the room size, we had a separate sofa area that turned into a bed. Now for the negatives. Upon arrival at 10:40 we asked if we could check in and leave our bags. We wanted to go out for the day, and were notified by email that rooms would be ready at 12 but the hotel had luggage storage facilities. The front desk staff told us to come back at 12 to check in, so we asked if could leave our bags. We were told to come back at 11:20, so we asked again if we can just store our bags, we don’t need the room. We were then told we would have to pay to store our bags. I’ve not been to a hotel before where the bag storage is not complimentary. We thus waited till 11:20, went to the front desk and was told no come at 12. The whole thing was just very inconvenient. In the room you can hear everything from the hallway, including kids running up and down screaming at around 11pm. There is a huge gap under the door so all the noise and light streams in. Another negative is the beds, the main bed is not the comfiest however, the sofa bed is terrible. There is nothing soft in the mattress to stop you feeling the springs. Finally in terms of food it looks like none of the restaurants are available until 7pm so we had to use Uber eats for dinner. Overall for a 1 night stay it is a doable hotel.

Park Sleep and Fly is a brilliant idea, but be careful which one you choose…

It’s a brilliant idea to Park Sleep and Fly from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle Airport, but be careful which hotel you choose. I had a very unpleasant experience with IBIS CDG. I booked with 8 days of parking. Upon my return, I arrived late (23:40), but to leave the parking lot, one needs a ticket from the reception. Unfortunately, more people were waiting, and the two employees present were not the most competent. To cut the story short, when it was my turn, the lady at the counter had to ascertain first that I had paid and whatever else… until it was 10 minutes past midnight, and I was charged for another full day (€ 27,00)! IBIS CDG is part of the Accor Hotel Chain, and their central customer service turned out to be very helpful when I filed my complaint. They passed it on to IBIS CDG, but no reaction whatsoever. I repeated my complaint, and this time Accor involved the Direction of IBIS CDG. In vain. Not even to politely take the time for a refusal! At CDG, other hotels are offering the same. So, be careful which one you choose.

No Air conditioning and bad service.

Gave us the wrong room three times. NO air conditioning. Repeat - NO AC. We thought it was broken so they sent a mechanic up you said its working, you only get heat. He used a hand held device and clocked the temp in the room at 82 degrees!!!!!! Not fans to share. So they finally gave us a room with one big window we could open. Cooler but kept awake by planes and traffic noise. Dinner buffet was truly cheap and breakfast was not much better. DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst hotel ever.

Stayed here to be close to airport for an early flight home. Often stay in Ibis' as you know what you are getting and they arent ridiculously expensive. There is more here than usual at an Ibis, which makes sense as you arent close to anything except the airport. It was a very short walk from the RER B T1 railway station, literally a minute away. The room was bigger than I expected from an airport hotel where, I imagine most people only stay for one night. It was clean, and I couldnt hear the aircraft on the runway, which I could see from the window. There was a bar, cafe, at least two restaurants that I could see, and a vending machine. I ate an evening meal and breakfast here, it was busy both times but remained well stocked. A quick walk back to the station in the morning and a trip on the automated shuttle got me to T2 in less than 20 mins. Would definitely stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.
