I made a reservation for 2 rooms. I got sick but my colleague could travel. I called to cancel one of the room. The call center said it's fine, as a ALL PLUS mmenber, the room will not be charged. but need to call the reception because the call center had noone picking up the phone. end of te day: - they told my colleague they could not find the reservation, so he took an unreserved room and paid for it - I call the hotel 3 times, the 1st time noone indeed picked up the phone, the 2 following times they picked it up just to hang imeediately. I could not talk to anyone. they charged me the 2 rooms of my reservation for no show + the room my colleague had to take because they did not find the reservation that they actually charged me ! totally 3 rooms paid for one actually checked-in. I am NEVER going there anymore, and you should not. anyways, it's noisy

Great hotel if you are in transit. The hotel is next to CDG airport. The free shuttle will bring you directly to the hotel. There is a shop within the compound. The hotel have it's restaurant. There is free water, hot & cold, dispenser and a microwave.

The Ibis Paris CDG Airport is a convenient choice for travelers with a layover or an early flight. The hotel is quite busy, reflecting its prime location near the airport. As expected, the French staff wasn’t particularly attentive, but the sheer size of the facility was impressive. Although the restaurants opened later than anticipated, they efficiently managed to serve a large, hungry crowd once they did. Overall, it’s an excellent solution for a one-night stay before catching a flight, offering convenience and speed when it matters most.

Double billed ( possibly a full staff scam. ) The reception manager demanded a second payment even after I showed her that my bank account indicated they were paid. I should have left. They promised to pay me back. 2 weeks later and daily emails. No refund Despite the fact that they admit to double payment. It’s a fraud. Small room. Poor drains. Joyless staff. Lousy food. Poor service. Don’t stay. Don’t trust them.

This place is beyond tired and in need of restoration. The room was so small that the bed keeps the entry door from being opened all the way. The walls and fabrics are beat up. There are better choices in this neighborhood. It is conveniently located to the airport.
