Location: Hotel near Charles de Gaulle Airport Atmosphere and setting: The hotel feels tired, stuffy, and a bit grimy. The room was uncomfortable, with a non-functioning air conditioner and no way to adjust the temperature. The mattress was incredibly thin—I've had thicker ones while camping. Service: The staff were unsympathetic and unhelpful, showing no concern for guests’ situations, many of whom are likely there due to airline issues. I was denied dinner because my Air France voucher didn’t include it, then denied lunch (which was included) because check-out was before 10:30. Value for money: It’s hard to place value on something you're forced into, but even under the circumstances, the service and quality were unacceptable. Comments: If you’ve ended up here, something has probably already gone wrong—and unfortunately, this hotel won’t make things any better. I counted down the minutes until I could leave. Avoid if you have any other option.

Budget hotel accommodations near Charles de Gaulle Airport. The reception staff were friendly and Check In was speed . However, the room was small, bed too small for a couple and no amenities. Room price is too high vs the room of the Hotel. Breakfast options were limited, and the restaurant lacked sufficient seating during periods of high occupancy.

There was a smell of rotten garbage in the hallway which also looked dirty. They were supposed to provide guests with dinner but it was pizza and donuts at 8:00 pm. The reception service is mediocre at best. AirFrance couldn’t have chosen a worse option.

This hotel was filthy and smelled horrible! My daughter and I didn’t feel safe there. Air France gave us a voucher to stay there… because we missed our connecting flight.It was very sketchy, not sure what is going on there. Dinner was pizza, no options for anything else. The airline will be hearing from me… we didn’t stay after seeing the room and took a taxi to the Marriott at the airport… for a clean room , a decent meal and safety. This is a pit and should be shut down!!!

We couldn’t fault anything. Room was spotless and quiet. Pilllows soft. Towels spotless. Shower and hand gel. Receptionist’s so help. ARRANGE AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS as you book in!! Breakfast had everything we wanted: boiled eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurts, fresh fruit and really nice hot chocolate.
