Air France put us up at this hotel after our flight was late and we missed our Paris connection on a day that all the other flights were sold out. Air France gave us our hotel voucher in the am, but the hotel shuttle doesn't start running till 6:45 that evening, so we had to spend the day at the airport. If Air France had told us that it would be many hours before the shuttle would pick us up, we could have taken the train to spend the day in Paris, but we had to find it out the hard way. (Yes, we did call the hotel, but they denied they even had a shuttle, so no help there.) By US standards, this hotel is spartan at best. The food in the restaurant was basic. If you don't have a French electricity converter for the wall socket (and we didn't), the hotel will sell you one, but not provide it. We chose not to buy one at their inflated prices. The bathroom was small and strangely laid out. There was a towel rack right above the commode, so males had to stand off to the side to use it. If sitting down to use the commode, you were in danger of hitting your head if you stood up and forgot the towel rack was there. To make the commode even more trying, it was very close to the wall. We wondered how large people could even use it. No washcloths in the bathroom, but also no sponges like you commonly find in French hotels. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and the elevators were slow and very small. The hotel was fine for one night, but it you are already irritated at Air France, this hotel will not improve your mood.

We spent the night before our flight on Sept. 18. The AC didn't work in our room and as there were no windows to open and a warm day in Paris, we didn't get much sleep. Went outside a few times to cool off. We needed to get towels from the front desk (the room had none initially). A cold shower at 3 am did the trick. The hotel is quite worn and dirty.

Disgusting. See photos. Filthy. Bad food. Rude people. Everyone who stays here missed a connection and the airline put then up here. Mold on the air vents. Peeling paint. Just do not stay here. If this place didn’t get missed connection stays they wouldn’t make it without captive guests.

I stayed at one of the IBIS styles near CDG airport in Paris on Monday, September 2nd, 2024, because our flight was canceled and we had to spend the night, airlines provided us with this accommodation. The IBIS-style hotels are very close to each other, so we went to the wrong one by mistake. The hotel looked fancy and had good amenities but the staff were rude and arrogant. Also, my daughter left her chocolate bag that we got from Rome. It had 4 packets of chocolate and an open pack of chocolate. Within a few minutes, we realized we had left the bag and called the hotel. The hotel reception said that they would keep the bag in the store. My husband was sick and went to take the bag after a few hours. He got the bag from the reception lady and without checking he took the bus and reached another IBIS-style hotel a few minutes away. When we checked the bag, we were shocked that all the chocolates were gone. Also, whoever took them only took the closed packet of chocolate and left the open bag and hence my husband couldn't sense the weight change. We called them immediately and they completely refused to entertain us. They stopped picking up our call and suggested we should have checked the bag while collecting it. This experience left a very bad taste towards the end of our Europe trip. Never in my wild dreams, I thought hotel staff would steal chocolates. We left our number for the manager to call us which we never received. Not sure how a fancy hotel that mostly caters to tourists has hired a bunch of rude, arrogant, and immoral people who steal kids' chocolates.

After researching hotels within a few km’s of the airport we chose this, as we were there for less than 12 hours we took a chance on this despite some poor reviews. It was honestly faultless, the hotel was clean and although it’s not “cheap” neither are any of the other hotels within the vicinity. The rooms are small but it’s an airport hotel not a resort room where you’re going to be there for days. Breakfast is available from 04:00, there’s not a massive choice but it was lovely. There is a bar/restaurant/shop on site but as expected this was quite pricey. A ten min walk into the lovely village is a Carrefour and a Casino supermarket, where they had a range of hot food ready made (mini pizza, croque monsieur, quiche). If you have time there are lots of restaurants on the walk into the village. We got a taxi to the hotel €14 then the shuttle to the airport the following morning. There is no air con and it’s directly over the flight path so the ear plugs if you need the window open.
