We recently spent one night at the Novotel at CDG and had a very good stay. The room is little different to Novotel properties elsewhere. If you know what to expect, you sort of know what you are getting. Fair enough space, fair enough bed comfort and furnishing, its Novotel. What we very much liked about this property is its outstanding location attached to the RER and CDG Val stations at Terminal 3, making it very quick to access to train to/from the city as well as all of the terminals at CDG. We also very much liked the fast check-in done online the day before our arrival. We were then quickly met by awaiting staff and check-in was completed after just a minute or two, we were with key on our way up to the room. Very friendly staff as well, just a nice experience when you are tired from long days of travel. Check-out is simple and fast as well, making use of drop off box as well. Overall, loved the expedite processes and friendliness of the team at Novotel CDG and would gladly use this property again if the need arises before or after flights to CDG in the future.

The Novotel is in a great location, a short walk to the airport train to take you to all of the terminals and parking areas. It is a spacious hotel with a large bar area and dining room. The menu is varied and the dishes we had were tasty. The rooms are standard size but have what a traveler needs. I would definitely stay here again before or after a long flight.

As we wrapped up our Olympic Games 2024 experience in Paris, our team stayed at Novotel Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, and it was the perfect choice for our final nights in the city. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for travelers, with incredibly easy access to the train station and airport terminals, making our departure smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a much-needed respite after the excitement of the Games. We appreciated the modern amenities and quiet atmosphere, which allowed us to rest well before our journey home. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that our check-in and check-out processes were swift. We recommend Novotel Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Airport for anyone needing a short stay before an early or late flight.

I had an overnight connection and CDG and opted not to lose time on the train going into and out of Paris to sleep. After clearing immigration and customs in 2E, it is a fair walk (15 minutes or so) to the landside CDG tram. Once on the CDGVAL, it is two stops and a further one minute walk to the hotel. There is nothing wrong with this hotel; it suited my needs just fine. I had checked in online and received my room key immediately. The room faced the parking lot, taxiways, and the terminal, but heard no noise. The room itself was clean. There was a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee. Service at the bar was adequate give the crowd. Breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety of hot and cold dishes. I am not giving the hotel five stars because it competes with top-tier luxury hotels; I am giving it five stars for delivering as advertised - clean room, decent service, and a good breakfast.

As a platinum member I was not happy on our arrival around 5:00 pm, our room was not ready, we had to sit in reception until it was available. There was no English breakfast tea in the room no milk provided for our tea, on requesting some milk and tea bags we were told we had to pay for the milk, what a joke, after paying 500 euros a night.
