The stay was ok, but there was an unpleasant noise coming from the ventilation system, the whole time. Fortunately, I always bring earplugs when sleeping in hotels, just in case. I checked out early, and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car in the garage some more hours. The answer was yes, no problem. I returned to the hotel to pick-up the car in the afternoon and pay for the garage, but there was another receptionist on service. He did not react very friendly, saying that I should have paid at the checkout (which I did for the period until 12:00). Therefore, he had to check in the system what was already paid, and what was remaining. He was visibly annoyed, loud voiced, and calmed down a bit when he saw my ALL Platinum card. Could be avoided... There were other guests at the reception, and it seemed I was doing something against the house rules. Unpleasant.

As expected from Inis the hotel was both clean and comfortable. The staff were wecoming and the buffet breakfast was ample. One minor complaint, as I had heavy luggage, was that there were around ten steps to navigate to reach the lift.

Rooms were so small but this is something you expect from IBIS. I couldn't believe this: First of all everyone should know in IBIS twin room means on one Queen bed they put two small tween mattresses and call it twin room and charges you for the twin room. We paid $190 per night for this room, wasn't cheep. My friend & I had only one pillow!! no blanket or extra sheets, and not any other amenity or room service at all! But top of that this specific hotel had the rudest front desk staff I ever seen. When at 11:30 pm I went downstair & asked the first person to give us one pillow , he responded, we don't have?! I didn't know if I understood properly, and asked again, when his coworker joined. A rude absolutely ignorant person who answered we don't have pillow, and if you don't like it here you can leave..... at midnight!! Of course I left on the day after, but that night my friend & I slept with one pillow without the blanket. We had booked the room in advance and it was paid, we couldn't go to another hotel that night and we didn't know anywhere in that city. I just like to make sure whoever read my note don't take a risk and go to this hotel. I personally don't like to go back to Hamburg at all!

Hotel,had zero ambiance, good front desk service but bar closed and basic rooms. Unfortunately I cannot this higher: small bathroom, okay bed and dirty ceiling (webs where the air-condition vents are). Price was quite high due to “dynamic pricing” but, all in all, just a good location to crash for the night. Could have been better.

Cannot get any worse than this, 1 star is way too much for you. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. No professionalism at all, outrageous lack of manners and absolute primitivism at its finest. There was no water on 26.04 from 6 am to 3 pm, and literally nobody cared to inform us about it. When I asked at the reception why nobody informed us at the check-in (on 25.04) the receptionist told us there was a table next to reception where the information was written. I saw the table during check-in but it told about water issue on 25.04. So was it at all updated at any point in time? Apparently in the evening 25.04 and we didn’t see it. So I assume in this “hotel” you should be constantly on the lookout for information on some tables and other things next to the reception because otherwise nobody cares about informing you? But the best is yet to come as I told the receptionist he should have informed us about the water issue and that it is his job. He started SCREAMING at me !!! and telling me I won’t tell him what his job is 🤯 I told him he is disrespectful and he answered that I’m not respectful as well. Why? Because I told him something he didn’t like? Or that I didn’t do HIS WORK?! And that’s how a receptionist behaves at work?! What a great way of treating customers you have. He then stated I should go 😳 so we happily checked out 4 days earlier and left the “hotel”. What a circus. Official complaint is on the way, cause if you think you can treat customers like that you are deeply mistaken and shouldn’t work with any people AT ALL. Never experienced anything like that, you should teach your stuff basic manners. I can only recommend to stay as far as possible from this “hotel”. ABSURD.
