The staff really make a big difference. I arrived early in the morning, and Francesca was incredibly helpful — she had thoughtfully arranged a room for me, paid great attention to the details, and kindly adapted to my needs when I requested a kettle in my room. Everyone greet you with care during breakfast, the level of hospitality is a rare found in Paris.

Great location and easy access to Hermes. It is central area easy walking distance to all the attraction. Friendly staff, great service. The rooms are good size and more importantly they have king size beds. I recommend this for family travels with shopping in mind.

I would like to express my appreciation for Alicia, who provided exceptional assistance during my stay at the hotel. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed at the Sofitel Paris Le Laubourg.  We love the Sofitel line of hotels.   This one really stood out for us.  The location was really good, especially as this was our first time in Paris.  Close to Fine Dining, Museums and great shopping.  We were welcomed by the amazing staff.  The rooms are very beautiful and quaint. The bathroom was really large especially for a Paris hotel.  The bed was really comfortable. We dinned a few times in the Lounge for breakfast and stopped in for drinks and dessert a few nights.  The lounge is very nice and cozy and the staff were great!.   The food and drinks were delicious as well.  We really enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect.
