The Sofitel Le Faubourg was wonderful to us! I want to especially commend Consierges Camille Piatte and Thomas Dondaine for their service. Our bags were unfortunately lost on our way to Paris. Both Camille and Thomas were incredibly helpful contacting the airline's lost bag service and even calling the courier assigned to deliver the bags. This was so helpful since I don't speak French and we needed clear communications in order to get the bags back while we were staying in Paris at the Sofitel. The restaurant, rooms, beds, and overall accommodations are also exceptional. And you couldn't ask for a better neighborhood for shopping and safety!

This is the nicest hotel that we have ever stayed in. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and very clean. We had breakfast here for two days, and it was unbelievable. The selection was outstanding including eggs to order. The staff was so friendly we hope to be able to stay here again.

I came to spend one night with my girlfriend, from the moment we arrived we are very well greeted by staff. We were surprised by the amenities in the room, very well thought and personalized, they made us feel at home. Also we ordered room service and the food was just amazing. Amazing food, amazing room and amazing staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great staff from the moment we arrive we can tell. They are welcoming Emmanuella and Mariah are the best here! Hotel is clean and definitely coming back to this hotel in my next visits to Paris. IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

Great Location, Average Service

The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance to Champs Elysees (15-20 min). The rooms are very decent size compared to average size in France. Breakfast spread is amazing as well, but very limited options for vegans. The room service / housekeeping is very slow and not up to the mark for the price of the hotel. I had to wait about an hour for in-room dining through room service or dental kit requested by housekeeping.
