Nous ne connaissions pas Vienne, et, pour notre première venue, choisir cet hôtel a été une excellente idée ! L'accès est facile. Très bien situé. Dès l'entrée : excellent accueil. Zone spéciale pour les clients Accor. Superbes tentures rouges devant les ascenseurs avec indicateur d'étage à l'ancienne. Tout est chaleureux, ce qui tombe bien en ce mois de janvier. Une très belle suite. Avons croisé les gens qui font l'entretien, dont un deuxième passage vers 19 heures : très sympathiques et pros. Climatisation / chauffage parfaits. Nombreux rangements. Sympathiques cadeaux de bienvenue (quel bon chocolat). Une excellente literie, de grands écrans télé : tout est réuni pour un parfait séjour. Un bar très sympa, des serveurs jeunes et dynamiques (et beaux mecs, ce qui n'enlève rien ;) ) pour l'apéritif. Une grande recommandation, sans la moindre hésitation, jusqu'à la gentillesse au moment du départ. Allez-y les yeux fermés, parole de connaisseurs !

La posizione è ottima. Vicina a tutte le attrazioni. Abbiamo avuto tutto a portata di mano prendendo la metro solo per andare a shonbrun e al municipio per i mercatini. Ottimo il bistrot, anche rilassante dopo una giornata frenetica. Due punti però sono da migliorare. Gli addetti alla reception non si sforzano di schiodarsi dal loro tedesco e non siamo riusciti ad avere il loro aiuto per nulla. a cominciare dal Wi-Fi e a finire con la prenotazione di un ristorante. Secondo punto a sfavore materasso molto, troppo duro. Un top avrebbe migliorato la qualità del nostro sonno. La pulizia però in compenso regna sovrana. Facendo pari e dispari comunque tornerei anche se non è proprio economico

If you could be so kind and explain what happend specifically regarding the languages as we normally only speak in german with german speaking guests, all of our front desk staff can communicate in english. We also deeply apologise not being able to help with restaurant reservations, most restaurants in Vienna are booked out over december, which makes getting a reservation a bit more dificult. Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo Hotel che è di livello buono ma il personale della reception ci ha trattato con poca cortesia sbagliando l' assegnazione della camera e trattandoci molto male. Inoltre un giorno la sala colazione era piena e, nonostante avessero dei tavolini nell' area tra la reception e la sala colazione ci hanno messo in coda ad aspettare tipo botteghino !!!

Este hotel merece mais do que 4 estrelas. Estadia perfeita. Hotel limpo, moderno, acolhedor, bem localizado, com acessos fáceis para chegar ao metro ou comboio.
