Hotel wurde in den letzten Jahren umfangreich renoviert und ist an sich schön geworden. Leider lässt der Kundenservice stark zu wünschen übrig: hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und ein Zimmer wurde nach einer Nacht vor 11 Uhr wegen Erkrankung frei gegeben. Obwohl das Zimmer an einem anderen Gast vermietet werden konnte (Hotel war komplett ausgebucht) bestand das Hotel auf Bezahlung der Nacht. So optimiert man sicher die Auslastung über 100% und den Income aber hat damit den Kunden für immer verprellt. Keine Empfehlung.

Este hotel merece mais do que 4 estrelas. Estadia perfeita. Hotel limpo, moderno, acolhedor, bem localizado, com acessos fáceis para chegar ao metro ou comboio. Das Hotel Am Konzerthaus Wien MGallery Collection ist ein empfehlenswertes Stadt-/Businesshotel in zentraler Lage mit gemütlicher Einrichtung und gutem Restaurant. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Personal! Das Haus bietet einen kleinen Fitnessraum, der neben Ausdauertraining - mit Freihanteln bis 15 kg, einer Brust- , Lat- und Beinbeuger-/streckermaschine - ein gutes Erhaltenstraining ermöglicht. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Stadt sind alle Sportmöglichkeiten der Stadt schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Das gleiche gilt für die Ausgehmöglichkeiten in die Stadt; auch hier ist alles - z. B. Ringstraße oder Naschmarkt - schnell zu erreichen.

O hotel é excelente, ótima localização, o quarto em que ficamos era excelente. A equipe ótima também. Só faltou um turn-down service, mas no geral foi ótimo.
