Don’t stay here. Staff did not share any information upon check in (when breakfast, which is included, ends, where it is, where other amenities are). Constant noise, especially in the morning. Staff pushing into elevator with carts every time. Doesn’t say anywhere on the website that you have to PAY to sit by the included pool - you can go in for free but dare not sit. Plus the shower leaked.

The satisfaction of our guests is our priority, but apparently we didn't succeed this time. In addition, even if it does not excuse us in any way, I must tell you that we have just strengthened the teams for the season with new people at the reception and in fact, our "processes" are not yet assimilated and effective. I can assure you that we are doing everything we can to bring you the great experience that we are known for. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Indeed, the beach prices in English have not been updated on our site, thank you for warning us. However, you can find displays of this service in the hotel. To answer the point you raise, this service is paid as in all 4* hotels on the French Riviera. Of course, as a hotel guest you benefit from a preferential rate in high and low season. Nevertheless, we are lucky to benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" which allows you, if you prefer, to sit on the side of the public beach and then enjoy the swimming pool and the beach with free access. If you give us the opportunity to regain your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to provide you with the great experience that our guests look forward to every day at Pullman Cannes Mandelieu. Pullman Hotel, Cannes: Disappointing Experience for Loyal Customers

My family and I have been staying at the Pullman Hotel in Cannes for the last seven years. As loyal Accor members, we expected the privileges and benefits promised to regular customers, but our recent experiences have been increasingly disappointing. Last year, we were reassured by a new owner that our concerns would be addressed, and we would have the best experience moving forward. Trusting this, we returned this year, hoping for improvements. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. We were advised last year to email our room preferences and request sunbeds a week ahead of our arrival. We followed these instructions meticulously, yet upon arrival today, we discovered that all our emails had gone to the spam folder, and no arrangements were made. Despite booking two rooms, only one was ready at 2:30 p.m. Adding to our frustration, the gym was out of service. As avid gym-goers, this was a significant letdown. The overall experience was marred at every step, starting our stay far from enjoyable. We sincerely hope that the management will address these issues to restore the quality and reliability that loyal Accor members expect from the Pullman Hotel.

the hotel has a very bad service it’s lower than what i expected they have unprofessional staff who are not able to help us with anything we keep asking for an adapter for many times and they have nothing! how come?! this a hotel which means they have clients from the whole world

Visit this hotel for the eleventh time. Perfect location, very friendly staff, clean rooms and extensive breakfast buffet, beautiful beach and sunbeds, private parking place. Very nice view over the golfcourse and mountains . On to the twelfth time.

Great Location but not value for money

Pros: Great location Cons: Charge between €30 and €45 for sunbeds per day per person (No alternative apart from beach) Room was tired. Not been decorated in a while. Balcony paint peeling Lots of business conferences Food average for price Trying to be fair but apart from its great location it’s not the greatest value for money. I’m not sure when they started charging for the sunbeds as we’ve been before in 2016. I felt really sorry for the staff having to apologise to guests about charging them. I think Pullman/Joa should review their policy as the beds were empty. Empty beds means no one is ordering food and drinks ! Also if they are going to charge, how can they justify €80 for 2 beds when guests check in at 3pm Would I stay again? I absolutely love the location but there’s far nicer on the Riveria. Please factor in sunbed charges if you want to use the hotel during the day.
