Great Location but not value for money

Pros: Great location Cons: Charge between €30 and €45 for sunbeds per day per person (No alternative apart from beach) Room was tired. Not been decorated in a while. Balcony paint peeling Lots of business conferences Food average for price Trying to be fair but apart from its great location it’s not the greatest value for money. I’m not sure when they started charging for the sunbeds as we’ve been before in 2016. I felt really sorry for the staff having to apologise to guests about charging them. I think Pullman/Joa should review their policy as the beds were empty. Empty beds means no one is ordering food and drinks ! Also if they are going to charge, how can they justify €80 for 2 beds when guests check in at 3pm Would I stay again? I absolutely love the location but there’s far nicer on the Riveria. Please factor in sunbed charges if you want to use the hotel during the day.

Nevertheless, we are lucky to benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" which allows you if you prefer to sit on the public beach and enjoy the swimming pool with free access and the beach. Nevertheless, we thank you for your compliment on the location of our hotel, we benefit from a unique location on the French Riviera, with direct access to the beach and the entire seaside. Our visit was with an organised event for the Grand Prix. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, with a private beach and pool. There is a bus stop directly outside with a cheap, regular service to Cannes. Although we didnt use the pool, instead we sat on the beach to avoid paying for the subneds. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and efficient and our room with a sea view was perfect. The food in the restarant was good and although the same could be said for the food in the pool bar, sometimes when it was very busy the staff seemed a little disorganised. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Dated, not luxury at all.

The hotel is dated and I would not say it was a 5 star hotel. I ordered room service and it took over an hour to arrive and when it did arrive it was worse than plane food, I ordered penne pomodoro (how can you get that wrong) the pasta was over cooked and dry. If you are thinking of relaxing by the pool / beach think again because you need to pay between €40-€80 to just lie on a bed, the beds are not included in your stay at the hotel, same with the parking and breakfast. Overall I did not enjoy my stay and will not be staying again.

“Valet Parking” unhelpful

Valet parking man totally unhelpful. Asked for a taxi - “Can’t you get uber?” I walked several km in the dark thanks to him. How many times do you have to say that you aren’t bothered about how much it costs! But that’s OK - I saved a lot of money. His colleague the other night got a great tip for making one phone call. Unhelpful man got nothing.

We went there in September 3023 as part of a rugby world cup tour (Living with the Lions). We were a group of 4 couples and we all had a great time and were well treated by staff. My wife and I had a sea-view room (definitely worth the upgrade) which has its own balcony. Room was awesome- huge king size bed and a very spacious modern bathroom. The bottled water was complementary. With its lap pool, private beach, beachside bar- great location for beach side walks, boat excursions and walks into the local town (great restaurants). - whats not to like. Breakfasts are great too. This is a quality hotel- you will spend a pretty euro though (sun beds and drinks are pricy) but for a special vacation it was worth it.
