Long back complementary water and toiletries were provided, this should maintain the tradition and this will make Accor brand different than others! In this competitive world, how to keep their customer becoming very complex task? But by doing little will make the customer felt home and return!

I booked the hotel as I needed to be in the area the day after - given its pricing I was expecting more. The hotel was extremely basic - rooms are a little outdated - even if there is a USB charger plug it did not work. And the breakfast was less than I expected. Also as a foreigner there was no need to open the TV for entertainment. Perhaps I was wrong - but I was not excited

Staff can't speak English. Communication between guests is important. No air-conditioning in the room which is a must especially when it's hot. As a result, we have to open the windows all night but the downside is we can hear the noise of the guests coming & a lot of mosquitoes came in. Flat sheet not readily available in the bed, we still have to request one. Pillows not good.

Ibis standard hotel from all over the world. Inside I expected. The cost versus benefit is good. I couldn't evaluate the breakfast, as Ibis's was closed and we had to go to the hotel next door to have it.

I was attending a conference at U Milan Bicocca and found this was the best location with tram and metro access to the campus. I then had to stay on with my granddaughter and make extra bookings. The staff were more than helpful and always very friendly. Not many eateries locally but the metro makes it very easy to get in to town. Food at both Ibis and the adjoining Novotel was fine.

No chair. The mattress is bad, essentially just a mattress topper and collapsing terribly in the centre. Bath tub is broken with the bottom compartment opened. Water comes out from both the shower head and tap at the same time uncontrollably. The USB ports by the bed do not work. Only one toilet roll available for two-night stay. We have been to many ibis around the world and we can say this is the worst ibis we have stayed in.

1) The lady at receprion was not nice, was not welcome 2) We got only one welcome vaucher for two adults been told that only one of us is a member of loalty program 3) the room #123 had only two towels when we checked in for both of us - is it OK for a ***-star hotel? Surely not! 4) And the last - usually I feel at Accor-hotels like at home. That day was my birthday - usually this is mentions at the reception and at least awarded by wishes. Guess - did the do that?

I have been staying here for a long time primarily the location is close to Milan central and the prices of this hotel are very reasonable ... so i don't have any expectations ... at all ... however on this trip i was kind of felt dejected. My bathroom flush was not closing properly after use and water was leaking ... I did not notice that on my first day as leakage was pretty small.. it grew on second day and on the third day morning i informed the reception that water is leaking ...and trust me the leak rate was almost 1 liter per minute ... however until the day I checked out on 5th day morning on Saturday nothing was done ... same thing was with shower and sink ... Over all average stay this time and I will come and stay here again as long as the price is cheap ...

A little old the furniture in rooms and smell of old but they were very clean and very warm inside( in the night was cold outside). The staff was helpfull and the brakfast was good. The area of the hotel it is not near citycenter but very nice and quiet and close to metro. We enjoyed staying in this hotel.

I am really shocked because I have been to many Accor Hotels and never have seen such a dirty breakfast room! Forks were not washed and completely crusted and warm breakfast was only available at the buffet after 45 minutes of opening the room. However, i couldn't eat anything because even the floor and tables were crumby and of garbage. I had to take photos because this was an imposition. The building itself does not look inviting.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is served till very late in the morning. Only a few metres away from metro stop. We visited San Siro Stadium and the Duomo by metro and very easy to arrive. Food in the evening is good as well apart from a very nice surrounding.

For the first time, it is absolutely not possible for me to recommend this hotel. The location is ok, the staff was kind and helpful and the rooms ok. However, we were unable to sleep because of the noise inside and outside of the hotel. Some people shouted in the floors and had absolutely no respect at all no matter the hour. The doors are very noisy and that did not help. A real pity!

Although is about 45 minutes from city center is a nice hotel. I had reserved a late checkout that I did not use, and at the end, they charged me and I didn´t even notice.... that´s the only thing I did not like.

Very good hotel, room at Ibis style, 5 minutes walking to Ca Granda subway station or we could take a tram near to the station. Very neighborhood area, we can find, supermarkets, drugstores and others facilities. Very helpful staff.

The room met almost all my ecpectations. Confortable bed and a clean room and bathroom. My only two recomendations would be to get a better TV with more internacional channels. I dont speak italian and it was almost impossible to watch tv at night during bedtime. The tv set could also be a bit more modern. We had dinner one evening and it did not meet my expectations at all. A lasagna that seemed to be precooked and microwaved. Very far from the delicious food I've tasted before in Italy. Other than that we had a ver good time and people at the reception were very kind. I hope you take this recomendations since I plan on staying at Ibis hotels in the near future. Thank you. The Receptionist is non engaging. She is rushing and dismissive. The room is non smoking but stinks because of smoke (obviously the one who stayed before was smoking) and it gave us headache. When we can't stand the smell I went down to tell the Reception but she just dismissed my complain and said, "it is a non smoking room". We woke up at 2:00am and my wife was feeling sick because of the smoke, so I went down AGAIN and this time the night duty gave me another room. Then we started feeling better. The breakfast was a let down as the food doesn't get refiiled. Overall, we just can't wait until we leave.

For the 1st time after being in this hotel at least 7 times, I felt really welcomed. The lady on the reception payed 100% attention to me during the process of check-in; she was not in a hurry; when I told her last time the room had a bad internet connection, she found where I was last time and placed me far from it; she found in the system my previous invoice, so she could repeat it; she gave me a list of cultural events in the city, as she read in my profile that I was curious about them. Well done!

It was a nice hotel overall. But just totally overpriced. It’s supoosed to be a low budget hotel and the price was crazy for the area. The location is literally in the middle of nowhere. Staff were very nice and the room was okay. Just not good value for location

Three times going up and down from reception to room door and back, until my keycard would eventually do the job - to open the door. Lift on first floor could only be called for an upward journey - for a trip down no response. They should definitely improve these annoying little issues. Moreover, breakfast not really imaginative - well the locals go for a coffee and a brioche to a street bar....

Our second stay in Ibis Milano CaGranda. Hotel is well situated near bus stop, so it is easy if you want or need to city centre. Lady in reception was very helpfull, our room spacy and clean and with bathtube. Free wifi was fast.
