Bon Novotel dans un secteur de la Thailande peu développé mais belles routes. Belle chambre, bon petit déjeuner belles piscines face a la mer. Grande plage Le bémol est que Novotel devrait mieux nettoyer la plage sur les côtés du Novotel car plein de détritus plastiques. Enfin et cela est assez inacceptable c est que l’hôtel accueille des soirées festives type mariage qui font un bruit pour lequel vous ne pourrez pas dormir avant minuit. Je recommande qu’ils ne laissent l’accès que coté parking afin d’éviter l’ouverture des portes cotes chambres laissant passer la musique forte. Personnel très gentil

Hôtel parfait , mais manque de transats , et wifi mauvaise à côté de la piscine. Rien n'a été amélioré sur ces sujets depuis l'année dernière.

​Séjour très décevant de 5 jours. Nous occupions la chambre 217 : vendue comme une Garden View, elle n'offre en réalité qu'une vue sur un mur. Elle est de plus collée au local technique du personnel, ce qui la rend bruyante dès le matin. L hôtel organise des séminaires au détriment des autres clients. ​Le repos est inexistant. Si le DJ du premier soir s’est arrêté à 22h, la nuit suivante a été un enfer . Comme convenu par le petit papier glissé sous notre porte , la musique s'est arrêté à minuit et demi, se terminant par un cache-cache hurlant des séminaristes dans les couloirs jusqu'à 2h-2h30 du matin. Aucune intervention du personnel pour ramener le calme. ​En vérifiant les avis, ce problème exact était déjà signalé en 2023. Il est clair que l’établissement privilégie le remplissage et l'événementiel au détriment du respect des clients. La direction ignore sciemment les critiques récurrentes.
