Tout c'est bien passer 1 staff au service du client souriant, bienveillant, tres propre en règle général. Juste comment souvent l'incivisme des clients mais sa malheureusement....déposer leur serviette pour réserver les transats et ne venir que 2h 3h après je trouve sa tellement médiocre .....bref ce n'est pas mon éducation.

C’est une véritable arnaque de classifier cet hôtel en 4*. Au mieux c’est un 2* ..!! Tout est médiocre. Le personnel fait de son mieux .. En fait cet hôtel n’est pas un Novotel géré par le groupe ACCOR mais c’est un franchisé qui utilise le nom NOVOTEL. Comme souvent en Thaïlande ( j’ai eu le même problème au « soi disant NOVOTEL de Phuket » on vous ment. J’avais reservé pour 7 nuits, je suis parti dès le lendemain pour rejoindre le Marriott à 3 mn. Un vrai service, une vraie chambre, une superbe vue ..et gérée directement par Marriott ! ACCOR ment car il devrait indiquer qu’il s’agit d’un franchisé ..
