Bedford mecure, nice calm atmosphere, well located, clean and well equipped rooms. Breakfast very good and staff always on hand to help any needs. We were waited on by Clare who came across with a very polite and friendly manner. 10/10

Has lovely meal in Mercure Hotel Bedford. Pratham was attentive, courteous and friendly. We enjoyed our evening here.

The hotel is looking tired and shabby dirty carpets broken doors in rooms. The bar is extremely expensive and poor quality drinks. The staff are polite and friendly. The food is poor. We were served up food from the day before the following day for breakfast. Really needs a revamp.

Attended for a training course for 2 days. Venue was easy to find and accessible. Food was good and varied menus. Clean and tidy rooms and social areas. Claire, our hostess for breakfast and lunch was very attentive and helpful. Overall, great service and hospitality.

We had our end of year party here. The food was good and the staff were friendly. DJ had people dancing all night. Great value for money which included welcome drink, wine, 3 course meal and disco. Wonderful views of the river and town from the room and bar. My husband and I stayed the night too. Room had all we needed for a 1 night stay (although could have done with a little more lighting) but again great value for a town centre stay.
