The reception team were incredibly welcoming and friendly however, the room was too hot resulting in us being unable to sleep and it was covered in dust.

Well located and that's about the only positive. I didn't understand the point of online check-in, since we were still required to visit the check in desk and give a reference to collect keys; didn't seem to save any time or effort. On arrival the room was far too hot and the air conditioner was inoperative, since the windows are so tightly restricted and the room is quite small I'd think air conditioning or at least a small fan would be necessary. Went to reception to ask for a fan and were given an emphatic no. Also there were no additional pillows in the room. So overall we were uncomfortable and didn't manage to get more than a couple of hours sleep after traveling for over 8 hours.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were given a very small twin room which was very stuffy and warm. I put the air-conditioning on and despite eventually turning it down to zero, the room got warmer to the point it was unbearable. I went to reception and reported the issue and was told they were fully booked. I asked for a refund and I would go elsewhere, then was advised there now was a room we could be moved into. We were moved into a room for a disabled person which smelt of urine and one of the electrical sockets did not work. With an early morning start the following day, I was in a rush and unfortunately left my sun hat in the room. After numerous attempts to contact the hotel by phone the same day, with no answer, I eventually was told via email the following day that the hat was not found. This was clearly a lie and my hat was stolen. It could not have been taken by anyone other than the staff as the room was left locked. The hotel was also very dirty, unclean floors and smelly. And to finish it all off, I bought a drink of coke (£5.00!!!} which was tap coke. They had no ice, the coke had far too much syrup in and was flat. Extremely disappointing and will never book in an Ibis again

Nice Hotel, great location to airport. The room was a bit too warm but manageable. You couldn't hear any noise from planes with the window closed which was great

I asked for an extra pillow and was answered no by the staff. Slept on a pillow on top of my jacket like in camping.
