Excellent hotel. May not be 5 star and the rooms look a bit dated but regardless has everything you need. Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and the restaurant is very good. The breakfast buffet is very good as well. The only downside for me is that the shower is in a bath tub - would prefer a walk in shower. Gets a bit tricky as you get older getting in and out of the tub

Room was a decent size, bed was more comfortable than I expected and the extra pillows and fan were greatly appreciated. During booking it seemed to allow me to only book with 4 days of parking but upon arrival the gentleman on the desk was able to amend which lowered our price for the single night. Good location to the town centre including an array of restaurants and shops.

Room 227 air-con continuously heated the room to about 26 degrees. Very warm and stuffy.

Good Morning, thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback and we are so glad you have given us insight. unfortunately we do not have air con in our hotel we have a air coolant system which sets the temperature of the room- fortunately this is not set to 26 degree but we would be more then happy next time to show you how to turn the air coolant system up or to provide you with a fan if this still isn't to your liking we look forward to seeing you again soon. kind regards Faye Graham

I arrived after 7 in the evening and had already received a call from the hotel to confirm my arrival time. Very pleasant informative staff on arrival. Nice clean room with good facilities. Nice basic restaurant with great food and live music. Overall as a 1 night stay before travelling to Heathrow Airport excellent and will definitely use again
