Tiny grubby not like pics

Really tiny room with twin beds in. Not full size singles. Not even got proper mattresses on and sheets don’t cover the mattresses. We itched all night. They weren’t interested in talking to us and wouldn’t change room. Not at all like the pics. Really dated. Didn’t even my 8 day parking listed. I double booked parked so we took car with us but wouldn’t have liked to leave car there anyway

Stayed with IBIS a few times, good location, clean and comfortable. Only thing a little disappointing is staff give different advice on long stay parking ie it’s on a first come basis, it has to be booked prior to stay. A few years ago an Accor club member also got a preferential rate for parking but not now.

Good morning, thank you so much for your review, we are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. with the parking that's because their are two different options- the parking is first come first serve and payment on arrival, however you can also pre pay for the parking 'booking' it when you book your room as this makes the rate lower. this is still first come first serve there are just different alternatives for the parking to accommodate for everyone's wants and need. our parking is discounted from £20 for 24hours to £10 for 24 hours. all members need to pay parking as the parking is not owned by ourselves. but we thank you for your feedback and we will work on as a team having more clarity on how we explain the parking. but we are happy to hear apart from this you were able to enjoy your stay here at ibis and we look forward to seeing you again soon. kind regards Faye Graham

as above . i was not aware of having to give table no at bar . a employee at the bar suggested i take a seat . he never came back then i was aware of the go gtable nos . why cover eggs . you dont say whats underneath . labelling of various items would help cereal where is the milk in a big metal container . i thought it was hot water again labelling . i have stayed in the Dolphin and Jurys inn. the Dolphin welcomes customers as you enter the restaurant

Good Morning thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear this mistake, this must've been a misunderstanding which happen but we are so glad to hear that you got your delicious dessert in the end . we do not have table service it is bar service which is noted on each table but we are sorry to hear this was not explained more thoroughly for you. we cover the eggs to avoid them overcooking or drying out on the hot plate- as you only have to lift up the lid to see what is under it. milk is in a container next to the cereal which most guests either ask or understand- if asked we would be more then happy to help and show you where items are. unfortunately we are not the dolphin or jury in but we thank you for your feedback and we look forward to seeing you again soon. kind regards Faye Graham
