pelanyanan dari semua team mulai berkurang standardnya tidak seperti dulu, dari penyambutan kedatangan sampai senyum sapa dan lain nya sudah makin berkurang, welcome drink makin tidak bagus jika non alkohol. over all tidak terlalu menyenangkan lagi.

no shuttle to public transport, room feel outdated, some of staffs can't communicate in english

So far the hotel good. But at first day hot water not available.

Saya menginap 2 malem di hotel ini, dimana saya mendapatkan fasilitas cocktail time. Tapi di karenakan adanya acara Budha Day, dimana alcohol di perkenankan, maka acara cocktail time di tiadakan. Tp setelah hari pertama kamar saya di bersihkan, saya di beri 1 bucket es di kamar ( tanpa saya minta), memang bucket es ini tidak ada harga nya, tapi bagi saya sangat berarti, sehingga saya tetap dapat menikmatin beer saya di dalam kamar. Thanks for that. Love it
