We stayed here for 10 days. Check in was easy and fast. The Next Day Laundry service was quick with everything washed and folded carefully. Booked a Cooking Class for my daughter on the Tuesday. She had a choice of which 3 course menu to cook and organise. The 2 Chefs were very patient with her and were great teachers! She REALLY enjoyed herself and I was able to taste what she prepared - it was fantastic! Also a huge thanks to Art anuwat Vongsa - my daughter was so very grateful.

Great location, friendly staffs, very helpful when you need help. always clean. I highly recommended this hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone is looking for visiting Bangkok. Especially in the downtown area.

I could not fault my stay at Mercure Siam, great location and extremely helpful staff from the front desk, restaurant, lobby bar and also the concierge desk. I was very impressed to receive such great service from all staff so well done! I will be back!

The staffs are friendly , convenient to go anywhere especially MBK , seaworld is fun too , the foods are delicious & halal , recommend to go Chao Lay in MBK , enjoy our stay , a lot of small stalls that sell a reasonable price & would like to come here again

The receptionist Non/Sorn were so polite and the check in was fast. The room is clean and tidy but the shower water was not hot enough in the morning and there’s sound from the aircond. Will definitely return to this hotel in the near future again
