During the check-in process, I got helped by the Front Office staff named Fonny. I booked a Twin Bed and requested her to upgrade to King Sized Bed, with her help, I managed to get the free upgrade since i'm a Plantium member Accor Plus. I respect her because she also told the Housekeeping to make up my son's on the sofa without asking. Props to Fonny for the help until we Check-out of the Hotel. Thank you, I had a wonderful and peaceful stay without any problems

Happy with services and location, however staying there for 5 nights with similar breakfast is a but boring
