This hotel is situated just off Grand Place and is quite close to Central Station, making it an ideal choice for tourists. Very clean and spacious bedrooms and a very good choice of restaurants in the near vicinity.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. At check in the staff were helpful with our questions about the neighborhood. A few things would enhance the experience: 1. An actual baby crib (they say they supply them but it is actually a couch turned cot with no rails) 2. Supply hair Conditioner 3. Supply body Lotion

My husband and I had a fabulous city break in Belgium and stayed at the Novotel during our stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows in the room (there was also extra pillows and blankets if needed). The aircon was a bit 'hit and miss' though, but it didn't ruin our stay by any means. Nicholas on reception was great!

Just returned from a 4 night stay, we had a fantastic room 209, overlooking the square at the front of the hotel. The room was enormous with a entrance way into the bedroom for coats ,shoes and suitcases. The bedroom itself was the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room had 2 very large t.vs and had bbc1 and bbc2 channels which was good for us been English. Very clean room and although the hotel was full heard no other noise,very well soundproofed. The bathroom had a rain shower over the bath as well as a handheld shower head. Shampoo and body wash were both provided. The location was excellent, 5 minutes to the train to the airport, 5 minutes walk to the main square,surrounded by very nice restaurants. Very friendly staff. We loved our stay and can not wait to return.

Stayed in their two bedroom suite because it was not much more than a regular room required for 3 people near the train station. The room was big overall with very nice bathroom and two good beds. The location is great for shopping and eating with the Grand Place essentially half a block away.
