Regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity, we understand how important internet access is for our guests, and we apologize for any inconvenience the connection issues may have caused. We continuously strive to maintain high-quality internet services for all our guests and your experience is certainly not reflective of our standards. We do offer Wifi for ALL, a very fast connection exclusively for our members (a free membership programm of Accor hotels). Did you encounter issues connecting to this one too? We also apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the pillows and the room temperature. While we do not have a varied pillow menu, we understand that sleep quality is fundamental, and we regret that we could not accommodate your request for additional pillows. Additionally, we empathize with the frustration you felt regarding the air conditioning settings. We aim to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we are sorry that the temperature in your room was not conducive to a restful stay. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we are concerned to learn that you felt it was compromised. We have a strict policy regarding the 'do not disturb' sign and we deeply regret that this was not adhered to.
