You are in the center of restaurants, groceries, activities. Just a short walk to the train station. It felt safe & easy. The front desk was helpful but understaffed. They earnestly answered guests questions and lent me the umbrella twice since it was rainy the time I was there. An overabundance of red is splashed throughout the room. So it did match the photos on their hotel website. In reality, the red was more powerful in person and it didn't release a calm vibe. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower & tub. The toilet paper is very rough but that is common in Brussels. One does have to be mindful when showering as there is only 1/3 a glass door to contain the splashes. The floor can easily get wet if the shower was angled more outward than inward. The bed was okay. It was spacious for sprawling but it wasn't horrible nor great. I was able to sleep so I will take that as a win. The kitchenette came in really handy & for the price I paid to stay here, I'd say it was a great deal. I can't be overly critical when a three night stay here is equivalent to 1 1/2 days at other places I stayed at. Overall, I will stay with Adagio in the future again. Maybe not this particular hotel, only because I'm curious what their other hotels are like. Merci!

Great location right in the heart of Brussels within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Nice lounge area that served breakfast although we did not have any. Rooms were really huge and made for an extended stay. Only complaint is that it was really warm at night and couldn’t get it any cooler so we didn’t sleep super well.

I have travelled extensively around the world staying in both hotels and apart hotels but this one in Brussels is the most horrendous and disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in and I don’t know how it can be rated 4 stars when the hotel is a slum of a place. Overpriced,nasty breakfast,horrible service and inefficient staffing levels. Never again and will not even recommend it for my dog to be taken there for a sleepover. Stale breads, no butter. Napkins hidden away,dirty plates strewn around tables and the receptionist on my day of arrival is also the chef and cleaner. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I spent 10 days here for work at the start of March. I’m very well acquainted with a number of Accor properties in Brussels and this is by far my favorite now. The room is well appointed with lovely views of the pedestrian Anspach boulevard. The De Brouckere station is literally beneath you, so you have perfect access to the whole city. The front desk staff was a joy - I particularly enjoyed their free beer tasting on a random Wednesday evening. And the laundry room was very clean and good value for money. On the last day, I even received a free late checkout, even though my booking was made via our work travel agent and my Accor status could not officially be acknowledged. I was so impressed with this hotel and will absolutely use it again for my next stay in BXL.

This hotel is a very good choice in Brussels. It to ticks every box for me. The location is excellent. Just next to the subway station. The Centrale Station is only 1 station away. Bus stops and tram are also very nearby. It is right in the middle of the most crowded area in Brussels. Lots of restaurants very nearby. The room is very comfortable and is of decent size. Sound proofing is also good. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Their good service and friendliness is a breath of fresh air and convinced me that there is still humanity in Europe after I had just experienced horrible racism from receptionists in Hotel2stay in Amsterdam.
