Oh I made mistakes. Paid for extras and late departure etc and typical guy I got my dates wrong. But these guys fixed it. I'd really like to say that Adam, abbie , faik Elaine and bridie are awsome...mistakes was made by me and they fixed my errors...honestly the best staff I've ever come across. X

Reception very helpful hotel extremly clean, great location, and parking. Rooms very comfy, shower powerful added benefit of a fridge.

After a let down at the luxe city stay (apartment near Novotel). We turned up on the off chance the Novotel would have availability. Luckily for us they had 2 nights available (out of 3). We have to give a shout out to Troy who booked us in, made us feel very welcome and helped us out massively. He even lent me a phone charger whilst booking in and gave us some info on local restaurants/pubs. He is an asset to the company. The hotel was brilliant, clean and comfortable. They even have a car charging station!

Lovely and clean Toiletries provided All of the hotel is accessible. I booked an accessible room as I use a small mobility scooter there are lifts to all floors bar and restaurant are fully accessible Friendly and welcoming young man on reception Highly recommend especially if you're disabled
