This is the first time that I have stayed at the Novotel Ipswich and am impressed with the hotel. The staff thet I met were, without exception, warm and friendly. The hotel appears to have had a recent renovation and it is modern, clean and well maintained. I would have not rexervations in recommending this hotel to anyone staying in Ipswich and will stay there again when I return.

We were visiting family in the area and looking for a hotel to base our short stay at. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, the location was great too. We had travelled by train and it was about a 15 minute walk from the station, located in the town centre it was a short walk to the shops, restaurants, bars and marina. The staff were helpful and friendly as they were on our previous stay, so we will definitely return to this hotel when we next visit Ipswich.

I spent two nights at this hotel. Found the room very nice and clean. Bed made sleep great. The staff all very helpful . Food was also good. It all made the stay a happy one. Will come back.
