Disappointed that the card used for the booking couldn't be used for paying for the room. Told legally that you aren't allowed to keep card records but I'm sure if I hadn't turned up that card will have been charged the room fee. Room had sold around the window.

Good stay but....

I have stayed at Novotel Ipswich years ago and had a good experience. I expected the same and on the whole I had a good stay....but there was an issue with the temperature of the rooms that were allocated to me. I say rooms, because I had to move from my first room because the thermostat did not work. the second room was better, but it was still cool. I'd like to commend Jordan, who looked after everything for me, including giving me a duvet and a complimentary drinks voucher for the inconvenience of changing rooms. Please sort out the heating!!!
