Novotel global management should shut the hotel down during renovation.

However, we regret to hear that the shuttle service was not available during your visit. We understand the convenience it provides and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Nonetheless, we are delighted that our peaceful rooms contributed to a perfect night's sleep and that the effectiveness and friendliness of our staff enhanced your stay.
