We booked this budget IBIS for one night in Utrecht. Travelling with bicycles, they have a locked (overnight) storage facility. The front of the hotel was quite dirty with litter and cigarette ends, overflowing ashtrays. The inside is bright, the carpets in the hotel could do with a really good clean. The bedroom on the second floor was clean, we had air conditioning and could open our window. The room does not have any tea and coffee facilities. We had plenty of towels and you get one extra pillow (two would have been nice). The shower was clean and they provide you with shower gel and shampoo. Television had a variety of channels including English. We did not book any breakfast or eat/drink at the hotel. All staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Good size clean hotel room with AC and an opening window. It’s easy to get into the city on the bus from a stop right outside. The staff we’re helpful but not what I would call friendly. The breakfast wasn’t great and the hotel was a little bit soulless, but if you are looking for an easy clean stay in a safe location it gets the job done.

Utrecht is not cheap especially hotels near the centraal and old town,but Ibis which is locateda few minutes from centraal offer nice room and good price. Once you arrive at Utrecht Centraal, take bus number 5 from platform D. The hotel is just two stops from Centraal. As this hotel located beside a big road,then some rooms will experience traffic noise,but the noise insulation is quite good except we open the window for some fresh air. The lobby is nice, not too many sitting area, beside the lobby is a huge breakfast room. Surrounding hotel no restaurants or minimarket,so be prepared if you want to return hotel. The breakfast was very good and nice. Enjoy the hot meals and good coffee. Absolutely will return to stay at Ibis Utrecht, location and price make it all.

I booked this for an overnight stay for a jazz festival on a journey between Belgium and Germany. Location is good - easily reached from the motorway and with a bus service to the centre. The car park was large enough for the number of guests and therefore ideal. The rooms were extremely hot and had metal air vents in the top of the windows. There was a lot of noise outside on a Saturday night and as a consequence, the sleep quality was poor despite comfortable beds. I had some problems with invoicing and the payment of the city tax (7%) which seemed to be included in my booking confirmation - this may have been complicated as I had partially paid using Accor points. A subsequent booking was clearer with the tax included in the prepaid reservation. Clearly, I have booked again for a similar reason, but will be taking ear plugs.....

Basic accommodation, do not worth the money but it is within the area prices, I have asked for late checkout and surprisingly they charged me 20 euros, usually I got it the late checkout for free in other hotels. Overall the location is very good and the facility is good and clean
