+ location, staff, beautiful room - so hot! Radiator off and air con on and too hot to sleep. Room faced road and with windows open the noise was so loud...youth hostels and a casino nearby so loud shouting. Singing, bottles being smashed etc...all night and until 4 - 5am, then the work traffic starts..this was feb so dread to think about summer months!

Regarding the noise, while our hotel is generally not a loud environment, we understand that external factors, such as activity in the surrounding area, can sometimes be disruptive. We recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard for a quieter experience, and we are happy to provide earplugs upon request. Clean, very friendly and comfortable hotel very close to Hauptbahnhof.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Don’t be put off by the exterior surroundings. The hotel is less than an easy 5 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and all the various public transport options. The welcome was extremely friendly and an early check in was no problem. Although not ultra modern my room was a generous size and very comfortable with decent beds and a good desk. There was a generous free mini bar, replenished daily. Good storage space with plenty of good hangers. Daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. My room was very quiet and of a good temperature. Unexpectedly breakfast was included in my good value rate- a huge range of well presented buffet items and the whole operation was well run by a friendly team. Highly recommended!

Very central location, good access to railway station. Competent, polite and efficient reception staff, quick check-in and check-out process. The breakfast buffet included everything one could possibly wish for. Rooms are ok, but could be a little warmer (I visited on a day when the temperature outside was minus).

Well thanks to trip advisor tips from other travellers the instruction to the hotel was so simple The direction head out south entrance cross the road turn left one street up and walk down to hotel. Did look a bit suss the street was very ok We had an amazing room we got upgraded the bathroom was amazing after being on a river boat and showering in a square box it was fantastic. My only comment is they need to invest in new bath towel a bit thin and some had holes in them but I am not complaining Once again free mini bar late checkouts of 12 pm We ate at hotel several nights and the food was amazing 100% to the chefs It was walking distance to the city Hop on hop off bus but do the red bus the big bus didn’t give us the right information several times Another tip ex trip advisor was catch the train to the airport It was east to get the train and cost about€13 each compared to when I got home and checked by taxi $180-220 To get to the train to the airport Go down north (Nordic) stairs or lift On that level buy ticket make sure you punch ticket before getting on train there are lots of machines to punch the tickets Go down another level to catch the train There are two you can catch and both terminate at the airport S1 or S 8 We got the S 1 and be sure to go to the back of the train as part way through the train is divided Takes about 45-50 minutes and plenty of space for cases under the seats and the trains are very clean Once at the airport took a bit to find our way but just remember the terminal number
