We regret that your experience with our hotel and our service did not meet your expectations; please allow us to express our sincerest apologies. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problems and prevent future occurrence. As far as room size is concerned, I would like to draw your attention to the international ibis standards. Regarding the fees for our parking garage, I would like to let you know that they reflect the average cost for covered parking spaces here in Munich, a city that can get costly at times.
