Otel çalışanları çok suratsızdı kahvaltıya giriyorsun suratlarıısık resepsiyona iniyorsun suratları ıslık sadece bir beyefendi vardı o çok ilgiliydi diğer bayanlar hepsi suratsız ve işlerini zorla yapıyor gibiydi bunu başkalarından da duydum gelen müşteriye o şekilde davranmaları gerektiğini bilmiyorlar hiç profesyonel değiller kişisel problemlerini iş yerine yansıtan insanlar

Otele akşam 8 gibi girdim, odam hazır ve düzenlenmişti. Genel olarak bu fiyata kabul edilebilir özellikler sunuldu. Odada minibar, kettle, terlik vb. detaylar olması kabul edilebilir. Kahvaltı seçenekleri fena değildi. (Peynir çeşidi azdı) Yatak rahattı ancak yastıklar içi boş olduğu için rahatsızdı. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Otelin yeri ve genel olarak kalite ve hizmetler iyi idi. Oda ise tam tersi, çok dar (bavul açacak yer yoktu) yüz havlusu yoktu, sadece banyo havlusunu vermişler hem yüzünü hem vücudunu aynı havluyla kurula der gibi. Genelde kaldığım tüm otellerde (2 ay içerisinde değişik ülkelerde Almanya, Hırvatistan, Sırbistan, Gürcistan vs. 12 değişik otelde konakladım hepsinde aynı sınıfta otellerde kaldım) küçük bir kasa, tek kullanımlık terlik artık standart iken bu otelde yoktu. Çok şaşırdım ve o tesise yakıştıramadım.
