Her sene olduğu gibi bu sene de fuar ziyareti için gerçekleştirdiğimiz Münih seyahatimizde Sofitel’i tercih ettik. Öncelikle otel müdürlerinden Sayın Umut Bey’e her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Otel müdürlerinden Sayın Umut Bey’in davetlerine üzerine ilk kez Sofitel Münih otelinde konakladık. Daha önce Münih konaklamalarımız da Umut Bey’in müdürlük yaptığı Le Meridien otelinde kalıyorduk. Umut Bey’in ilgi ve alakası her zaman ki gibi muhteşemdi ve bizi mekan neresi olursa olsun yine evimizde hissettirdi. Ayrıca Sofitel kesinlikle derece olarak diğer otele göre mükemmel bir atmosfere sahip ve tam anlamıyla lüks bir otel. Kahvaltı harikaydı, bar mükemmeldi. Çalışanların hepsi ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Resepsiyon çok yardımcı oldu. Housekeeping kusursuzdu. Akşam servisleri en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Herşeyden evvel tabiki Umut Bey’in bizzat bu otelde olması bizi güvenli ve özel hissettirdi. Kendisine ve ekibine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bundan sonra Münih’teki yeni evimiz Sofitel olacak. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle. Umut Bey’e sevgilerimizle. O. ailesi.

Harika bir zaman geçirdik. Bu otele ilk kez geldik. Konumu da çok güzel ancak en önemlisi otel müdürlerinden Umut Bey’di. Kendisinin adını internette okumuştuk. Türkçe bilen bir otel müdürünün olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Umut Bey bizimle çok ilgiliydi ve yakından ilgilendi. Kendisine bu mükemmel konaklama için özellikle çok teşekkür ederiz.
