Great location to explore Munich. Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and helpfull staff, especially the breakfast staff Angie and her colegues. The breakfast was 5☆ and service the best. Rooms are huge! Sauna !

Hotel is very nice BUT the thermostats in the room are apparently all for show. We tried to turn our air conditioning down but the system didn’t respond at all. When I went to the desk to ask for assistance, I was (politely) told that the system was centrally controlled and would only remain set between 22 and 23 degrees (or 72-74 farenheit). Only problem is that even though the thermostat registered 23 degrees, in actuality it was more like 76. We ended up leaving the window open all night to be cool enough to sleep and listened to road noise all night. First world problem? Absolutely. But I paid first world rates at a first world hotel in a first world city so I feel justified.

We stayed 2 nights as a family while traveling through Germany. The location is ideal for the old town as well as the main train station. Novotel is usually very reliable and this time it did not disappoint. The room was very spacious for 3 people and in very good conditions. Overall the whole hotel was extremely clean and all spaces were comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a wide range of choices and variety of food. The Flave restaurant was also nice. The staff was welcoming, professional, helpful, and friendly. We could not have asked for more and we will definitely return should we stay in Munich again.

Room and service not upto Novatel standards

Location is good but room and service poor. A/C doesnt work, I complained but they didnt do anything about it. No slippers, no creamer for coffee, and overall look of room poor unlike other novatel hotels.

Odaların temizliği ve konforu iyiydi. Ancak otopark için gecelik 24 euro gibi çok yüksek bir fiyat alındı. Araba kiralama ücretimin yarısı kadar bir tutarı otopark için ödedim. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Çocuklar için giriş katta tasarlanmış bir küçük alan olması çok güzeldi. Çocuklarım langırt oynamayı çok sevdi. Resepsiyondaki görevliler son derece nazik ve yardımseverdi.
