Dear Mr D., I am very pleased that you took the time to review your visit with us at Novotel München City. Thank you for your review, and also for your critique and suggestions on improvement regarding the toilet facilities and the room temperature. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you had to deal with. Regarding the air conditioning, please allow me to note that it only allows for a certain range of individual adjustments. In general, our system is set to a maximum difference of 7°C from the outside temperature (DIN EN 16798), in accordance with the recommendations of the German Federal Environment Agency, to avoid negative effects on our guests’ health. Unfortunately, when outside temperatures are unusually high, the system reaches its limits. In such cases, we are pleased to provide our guests with an additional fan. We really appreciate your good marks in other aspects and are more than happy to pass them along to the respective staff members. Our employees take pride in your satisfaction and it keeps them motivated in their daily efforts to provide exceptional services. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you had to deal with. Regarding the air conditioning, please allow me to note that it only allows for a certain range of individual adjustments. In general, our system is set to a maximum difference of 7°C from the outside temperature (DIN EN 16798), in accordance with the recommendations of the German Federal Environment Agency, to avoid negative effects on our guests’ health. Unfortunately, when outside temperatures are unusually high, the system reaches its limits. In such cases, we are pleased to provide our guests with an additional fan. We really appreciate your good marks in other aspects and are more than happy to pass them along to the respective staff members. Our employees take pride in your satisfaction and it keeps them motivated in their daily efforts to provide exceptional services. Konum iyi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve kahvaltı alanı da geniş ve yeterli. Kahve makinelerinde sıra beklenmiyor. Temizlik, vs geyet iyi. Odada tuvalet ile banyonun birbirine uzak olması iyi değil. Klima da çok düşük performansla çalışıyor.

Konaklamamizdan genel olarak memnun kaldik, ancak gelistirilebilecek birkaç nokta vardi. Odamızdaki ana yatak konforlu idi ama koyulan ek yatak cok rahat değildi ve ses çıkarıyordu. Bunun dışında odadaki duş ve küvet kullanımı sırasında su sizdiriyordu, odanın banyo zemini sürekli olarak ıslak kaldı. Bunun dışında konum, kahvalti ve temizlik bakımından memnunuz.

Otel odası metrekare olarak yeterli idi fakat yerleşim ve düzeni biraz dört kişilik aileye zorlayabilir, elbiseler için açık askilik ve kapaklı dolap yeterli değil elbiseleri valizde tutmak durumunda kaldık, banyoda bornozu asinca havlular için askilik kalmıyor, daha ergonomik yapilabilir, prizler yetersiz aynı anda birkaç cihazı sarz etmek zor, tvde youtube ve netflix var ama açılmıyor, kendi şifremizi bile girip izleyemedik. Merkeze yürüme 15-20dk, metro durağı 8 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Deutche Museuma inanılmaz yakın.
