Standard Novotel in a good location

We always try to book with Accor when traveling in Europe. The Novotel is a solid choice and this location was no different. We arrived early so unfortunately were not able to check in right away. We eventually checked in around 1 pm and had a room in the new construction building. We took a nap and realized our room did not have a mini fridge. Asked if we could switch to a room that did have one and we were accommodated. Granted it was one of their “special rooms” but it was quintessential Novotel and I was fine with that. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the location was great for walking to the old town. Not so convenient for museum mile however. The workout room was small but functional. Didn’t have an opportunity to try out the pool but it looked nice. We definitely want to come back to Munich and wouldn’t hesitate to book the Novotel again.

Would recommend!

The hotel was centrally located and the rooms were very large. The lobby has a bar, which was convenient for evening meetings with colleagues. I needed to ship a package from the hotel before I left and Nadya went above and beyond to help me pack and ship my item.

Good choice in good location

Family of 5. Stayed for 5 nights during July 2024. The Hotel was fully booked but it wasn't noticeable. We got 2 rooms with connecting door as requested during our booking. Rooms are very nicely maintained and equipped, shower is very small for our opinion.  Good breakfast with gluten free choices. The dining room crew very helpful and cooperative, they helped us with our gluten free needs. Upon our early checkout they prepared a very large bag with gluten free breakfast - it was excellent. Reception staff very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very good location. 5 min walk from a large subway station. Less than 10 min walk from the Deutsches Museum (which is highly recommended also). Nearby (5 min walk) variety of Chinese restaurants - we tried out few of tham. It was very "handy" . Overall, I would recommend this hotel. We've enjoyed our stay there.

Good business hotel

Great hotel for a business trip. Clean room, comfy bed, spacious desk. Very handy location with easy access to metro. Large supermarket nearby for supplies and petrol station next door for snacks. As a female traveller the surrounding neighbourhood felt safe. Good choice at breakfast. Friendly staff.

We stayed for 2 nights while on a family interrailing trip. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The room size was fine. The toilet was in a separate room, with no sink, to the bathroom. We had breakfast on one of the mornings, it is quite expensive but it was nice and plenty of options. We used the pool one evening, which was quite small and busy with other families but a great facility. We also had room service one evening which was good and better quality and taste than I expected.
