Konum iyi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve kahvaltı alanı da geniş ve yeterli. Kahve makinelerinde sıra beklenmiyor. Temizlik, vs geyet iyi. Odada tuvalet ile banyonun birbirine uzak olması iyi değil. Klima da çok düşük performansla çalışıyor.

Konaklamamizdan genel olarak memnun kaldik, ancak gelistirilebilecek birkaç nokta vardi. Odamızdaki ana yatak konforlu idi ama koyulan ek yatak cok rahat değildi ve ses çıkarıyordu. Bunun dışında odadaki duş ve küvet kullanımı sırasında su sizdiriyordu, odanın banyo zemini sürekli olarak ıslak kaldı. Bunun dışında konum, kahvalti ve temizlik bakımından memnunuz.

Odada minibar yok. Oda doğru düzgün temizlenmiyor. Sıcak su yeteri kadar sıcak değildi. Konumu iyi. Restorandaki elemanlar yeterli değil.

Dear Ms I., I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the problems regarding your room and the service. That is unacceptable and below our standards. Please rest assured that I have already looked into this and taken steps - and within my team I will make sure that negative experiences are a rare exception in the future. We deeply regret the issues with our new credit card system. I feel very bad for the inconveniences you had to deal with - and at the same time I do appreciate your feedback, which is an important component toward long lasting and continuously improving quality services.
