We stayed 4 nights. Rooftop pool, bar & service crew were great. Location is ok. The rest was mediocre and significantly below expectations for a Novotel: Rooms are worn down, room service was sloppy, breakfast service unfriendly. We won’t stay again.

The service from the desk staff was excellent. The ladies providing room cleaning were very friendly and helpful. However, the standout was George (Jorge), who was a superb waiter, warm, friendly, helpful in every way. Thanks so much for his generosity

The hotel was stunk like wet dog And the food was the worst Ive ever had at a Accor hotel They should take it off there program, not a good look

What is the user of a welcome drink if you cannot get a glass of wine? Also, very weird for a French hotel that it's not possible to get a bottle of wine by the poolside and that remarks are made about topless sunbathing is not acceptable.
