Good hotel. Pros. - Location. Near some of the main tourist attractions and restaurants. - Attentive staff willing to help. Special mention to Paolo and Gabrielle for the free ice cream :) Cons. - Foul smell coming out the bathroom sink. - Expensive

Great location! Public transportation right outside your door, along with restaurants and lively activity. Only removed two stars due to size of room, cleanliness in room, and unfriendly reception from one young lady at check-in. After staying at a different Novotel property in London, this room in Paris was just a disappointment. Also, even with air on, it still felt warm in room. Service in Paris was no comparison to our experience in London. Exceptional service in London and somewhat rude service at this hotel. Room towels unclean...we had several questionable towels to be brutally honest, we think they were used and not put away when preparing room for new guests.

Great hotel for families or just about any one traveling! Just completed our 3 night stay and without any doubt will be going back to this hotel when next travel to Paris! Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Room was also pretty soundproof as stated on listing. We traveled with 2 adults and 1 child (8 year old) and everyone loved it! The all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The location was also great as is within walking distance to multiple tourist sites and there are also many good dining choices that are very close by. The Metro is also steps from the hotel front doors. Also, if you don’t want to use the Metro and prefer taxi service, that also was no problem at all as the front desk staff was able to reserve us a taxi when needed, and the driver met us in the hotel lobby! We did not get to use the restaurant or bar but both looked very nice. All things considered, if you are thinking of booking this hotel, don’t hesitate as it is doubtful you will be able to find a better hotel for their price range (and the staff would probably rival the best staff in Paris).

We were extremely happy with Novotel Paris Les Halles. The location is fantastic. The room was clean and quite large. The hotel staff took the time to make our trip perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Paris. I’ll definitely be returning.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for the wonderful experiences we had during our stay. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. I’ll highly recommend Novotel Paris Les Halles to my friends and family. Additionally, I’d like to thank Lenora at the reception for her outstanding service. I was looking for a Paris river cruise, and she recommended a wonderful one. My parents had a great time, and I really appreciated her recommendations and help. She has excellent customer service skills and a great personality with a beautiful smile. She truly made our trip unforgettable.
