We are truly sorry to hear that certain elements of your experience did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that your comments regarding the bed, bathroom layout, and in-room facilities have been noted and shared with the relevant teams for further review and action. While most of our rooms are equipped with smart glass partitions, we do offer alternatives with full opaque walls, and we are always happy to accommodate such preferences upon request.
