Welcoming and well-located left bank property

In many ways this is a typical 3* Parisian property - small set up, small rooms, small elevator, simple breakfast. That was my expectation when I booked and I was not disappointed. But more than that - the location is superb (five minutes to two RER lines, similar to Notre Dame, one minutes to the wonderful Musee Cluny). And the staff are very helpful and friendly. So I'd say this place stands out well in its class.

Great location and attentive staff. The rooms are really small, but quite predictable for the location. But not at all 4 stars quality, the bedding was poor quality, and the too small sheets in addition to the plastic mattress protect cover results in a partially uncovered bed by the morning. The AC was not working and the bathroom sink was broken

Highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect for walking to sights, transport, fantastic cafes and restaurants and supermarkets. While small and with air conditioning which struggled in the heat, our room was perfect with window with a lovely view and a beautiful new bathroom. We stayed for 8 nights and felt each day we were 'coming home' as the staff were all outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with grace and consideration for our needs. Thank you all, especially Patric, Jean-Charles and Joeo.

Rooms are small but well appointed. Staff is kind and accommodating. They DO NOT have connected rooms so if you’re traveling as a family just be aware of that. But the beds are comfortable, view is outstanding, and amenities are great. Elevator is adorably tiny too!

My friend and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The decor is beautiful and the hotel, although it's a chain, it felt boutique and had a Parisian flair. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel had a homely vibe. The breakfast was brilliant, with homemade proper french bread and a generous choice of options. Despite the location being central, it was very quiet at night with no traffic noise at all. Beds were comfy and the shower was waterfall. We would definitely return :) They also organised a taxi to the airport for us to save us the bother.
