It's definitely worth staying at Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra! I simply loved the hotel. Very comfortable hotel, well located close to major department stores. Kind and attentive staff! A hotel for those who like the best, without giving up the charm and sophistication of the French. I simply loved everything! Looking forward to going back. 🤩

This hotel has nothing special to offer specifically for the price they charge . Rooms are dark and depressing. Restaurants is very limited . I don’t digger this hotel to anyone . The only good thing is they have Belman body care .i really felt like it was the most price I spend on a hotel and really was not worth even half the price. Keep looking you will find much better hotels for what you are going to spend .

My new go to in Paris. My family recently visited the Sofitel and i can't say enough about how great our experience was. Each member of the staff from the bellmen, rooms service, front desk to the concierge all went above and beyond to make this a special stay. We got upgraded to a larger room that was a huge bonus to making this stay extra special with our two young daughters. Everyday the girls just wanted to come back to the hotel for lunch in our room and to relax. My youngest daughter had a crib with the cutest bear blanket in it she absolutely loved sleeping in her crib, plus the special kids slippers were a hit with both of my girls. The hotel is in a great locations right down from Galleria La Fayette and walking distance to the Louver and so much more! I can't say enough good things and can't wait for my next visit

Highly recommend the Sofitel Le Scribe Opera! It's not our 1st trip to Paris but 1st time to this great hotel. Great because of the great services offered by their guest relationship managers. It didn't start off well for the 1st 3 nights as it was 1st a layout issue/view, room had a faulty light that flickered and was promptly changed a new room. Later there was a shower issue. Finally a stained pillowcase. Our problems never end! We understand certain issues were unavoidable but hygiene in a 5 star property was something we could not endure. GRM on duty promptly settled the problem. And on an almost full occupancy hotel managed to send us a fruit platter, wine with a lovely vase of flowers. Which we totally appreciated their gesture! Concierge, GRMs and doorman on duty would be addressing you or welcoming you back from a day's outing. Location for us was fantastic as we visited the shops nearby daily. Their beds were to die for where you'll sink in and not want to wake up! We will return definitely when we are back in Paris. Lastly we (including my dog) like to thank everyone at Hotel Le Scribe for our lovely stay especially to Bilal!

The hotel is one of the Paris Elites and experience here is quite unlike many. Located very close to multiple connectivity options, never really felt the need to book a car as everything was either walking or train or bus away. Finding quaint cafes around can be challenging initially but maps and searches help. Only thing that can improve is the depth of breakfast and changes - while a very European thing but no change in breakfast spread over the 4 days we were there. To make up they do get you want in eggs and pan cakes , so can’t complain too much. Room’s are good, but junior suites have an oddly designed layout where the washrooms separates from the bathroom and basin - a little odd and uncomfortable. Would recommend the Luxury premium room which one other couple from our group had. Front office is quite quick and efficient. Had Anna taking care of us in the buffet and she had been extremely kind and helpful - super attentive to us and our baby. She was a big part of making our stay comfortable. PS: a stooped in French culture area cos getting different cuisine options around is slightly challenging since tourist spots aren’t exactly next door.
