Günler öncesinden mail geldi . Konaklamanızı kişiselleştirin diye . Sigara içilen oda istediğimi sert yastık istediği vs gibi taleplerde bulundum . Otele gittiğimde otel full mümkün değil dediler . Madem durum böyle neden mail atıp talepte bulunduruyorsunuz ? Odalar inanılmaz küçük . Tuvalet desen pis kokuyor . Sayısız mercure otelde konaklama yaptım hiç biri bukadar kötü değildi çok üzgünüm . Taleplerımı resepsiyona ilettiğimde bana parisin geneli full otelde full gibi saçma sağan açıklamalar yaptılar . Birdaha tercih etmem

We are truly sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding your request for a smoking room, we kindly inform you that French law strictly forbids smoking inside all public buildings, including hotel rooms. For this reason, smoking rooms are not permitted anywhere in France, regardless of hotel category. We fully understand your disappointment, but unfortunately this is a regulation that no hotel is allowed to bypass. The automatic e-mail you received prior to your stay was sent to allow you to update your preferences on your ALL loyalty profile. These preferences are always taken into consideration for each reservation and assigned whenever availability allows it. We sincerely apologize if this process created confusion. Some requests, such as pillow type or room location, can indeed be fulfilled based on availability. However, smoking rooms are legally impossible. The option is available as you have the possibility to book an Accor hotel in several countries that might allow it. We are also sorry to hear that the size of the room and the bathroom odor did not meet your expectations. This type of feedback is taken very seriously, and we have shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure appropriate checks are carried out. Finally, we regret that the information communicated at reception was not as clear as it should have been. We are available should you wish to discuss it anyfurther nd in order, for the management team to fuly understand the situation. Dear Mr V. Hasan, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay. We understand your surprise at the absence of slippers and bathrobes in our standard rooms. For a future stay, we invite you to consider booking a Privilege room, which offers more space and comfort. These rooms include additional services such as a complimentary minibar, Nespresso machine, quality cosmetics, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Oda temizliği çok sorunluyum, pijamalarim çöpe atıldı, odadaki içecekler ve bazı kullanım maddeleri bizim dışımızdaki kişiler tarafindan kullanilmisti.

This is absolutely not the service we usually offer our guests and please know that we are passing the word on to the general housekeeper in order to understand what happened and to ensure that this situation does not recur. Regarding the missing pajamas, we unfortunately did not receive any information from you on this subject during your stay. After checking, we found nothing on our side. It is possible that it was taken with the bed linen during the cleaning. If you have any further information or would like us to investigate further, please let us know. We also take very seriously your comments concerning the use of drinks and certain objects in the room by people other than yourself and will also pass the word on to our general housekeeper in order to understand what happened on the day of your arrival. Otel şehrin en önemli alışveriş mağazalarına ve tren-metro istasyonlarına yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar çok küçük ve içindeki imkanlar terlik, su, ütü vs kısıtlıydı.
