Dear Mr V. Hasan, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay. We understand your surprise at the absence of slippers and bathrobes in our standard rooms. For a future stay, we invite you to consider booking a Privilege room, which offers more space and comfort. These rooms include additional services such as a complimentary minibar, Nespresso machine, quality cosmetics, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Dear Guest, We thank you for your comment and are sincerely sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the room did not meet your expectations. This is absolutely not the service we usually offer our guests and please know that we are passing the word on to the general housekeeper in order to understand what happened and to ensure that this situation does not recur. Regarding the missing pajamas, we unfortunately did not receive any information from you on this subject during your stay. After checking, we found nothing on our side. It is possible that it was taken with the bed linen during the cleaning. If you have any further information or would like us to investigate further, please let us know. We also take very seriously your comments concerning the use of drinks and certain objects in the room by people other than yourself and will also pass the word on to our general housekeeper in order to understand what happened on the day of your arrival.
