Really very bad hotel. It is a shame rooms are not well maintained. You have to wait for a bread for the breakfast and clean you table yourself. To avoid absolutely. Expensive, and dirty l. Accor group should react.

I always travel with a UV torch to check the bathroom in hotels and my discovery in this hotel was shocking! Toilet bowl was just full of stains… the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust, meaning it has not been done for a very long time! The hotel was noisy, kids running in corridors very late at night, doors banging all the time. Very badly isolated to be honest. Finally the shower head fell on my head as the shower based became unscrewed 🙄 Bad luck or just bad hotel? I personally would not recommend it

Overall quality of the services was very good - however the quality of the room was average, with walls being damaged and paint being outdated. The overall hotel looked outdated and the restaurant too

Escape44046235633 Friends getaway - Ulasan TripAdvisor tersertifikasi

At the arrival a very bad smell of toilet welcome us, then I realized that this was the hall smell itself... OMG! The room was dirty (I've found hairs on the blanket and inside the bathroom) and smoke smelling, even if it was a not smoker one. The people at the reception was unpleasant and only french speacker. The breakfast was the only good thing, even if you had to ask a special ticket every morning, (why don't you give directly any of them to the customers related to their stay?). A luggage storage service was included the last day, but the concierge asked us to pay a further tax. If you want to have a good stay in Paris book another place.
