It is a budget hotel, so i have no issues with the set up, rooms, etc. However the staff was not kind and had a bit of "i dont care" attitude. Also i made a booking on booking.com. it was weird as when i chose the room it told me it is for 1 person and for 2ppl it is a few euros more. I wanted to be fair so went back and chose a room for 2. Once booked i noticed the system booked 2 rooms. I straight contacted both the hotel and booking.com. Hotel told me to contact booking, booking said they contacted the hotel and the hotel refused to make an exception and do the cancellation plus refund. It was seconds after booking, i paid for a room i have not used and definitely wont be back. A bit of emphaty and customer service skills would be recommended.

Good location that was a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro and cafes. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. There was a neat takeaway, delivery machine you could use. The room was clean. Disliked · The room was a twin, with two single beds, but those beds were basically next to each other and effectively a double. The shower and toilet were separate, with the shower basically next to the beds - both of these offered very little privacy (even with a flimsy curtain) and would pose a problem for two people who are not in a relationship! The mattress was thin and offered little support, plus there was no kettle or hairdryer.

definitely worth paying extra and staying anywhere else. when i tell you our stay here only got worse as the time went on, i mean it. not only were the reception staff horribly rude the whole time throughout our stay, the cleaners also enjoyed taking our items from our rooms! £200 airpods disappeared from, what we thought, was a safe and secure room & after notifying reception that they have been taken, we were dismissed and gaslit being told over and over that “you lost them whilst you were out” and “our cleaners don’t steal” until we were persistent enough that they told us to just come back in the morning so we could speak to someone higher up. after coming back the next day to speak to the higher up member of staff, she took our claim very seriously and ensured that something would be done. it was indeed a member of staff that has taken my airpods which i thankfully got back however my personalised case had been taken off and lost and they were in a worse condition from before they had been taken, even though they had only been out of my possession for 12 hours. the only compensation we had received was a free breakfast and a lousy apology letter, didn’t even get a sorry off the staff! don’t know if it was the fact that we were a group of 3 young girls thinking that they could get away with it but nevertheless, it was an appalling experience that i wouldn’t wish anyone else to go through

A great location on the metro 4 line. Only about 6 or 7 min walk to the metro. Pharmacy, mini supermarket, cafe, restaurants, Patisserie all within 5 mins walk. Room was small but clean and all that was needed. We had two rooms for our family of 5. The keypad entry made it easy for us to go between rooms. Beds were comparable, rooms pretty dark and quiet. Even had Eiffel Tower view from one room! Highly recommend for a family budget trip!

Reception were very rude, were inquiring about booking and due to clients being in reception the receptionist did not answer questions and she rudely cut off the phone. Absolutely despicable and lack of professionalism. Not even reached the hotel yet and the service is already horrific.
